You have been an inspiration to me and my wife the way you treat your dog . We lost our dog to old age 10 years ago and we said we would not want to go thru that again but not having a dog leaves a hole in your heart and we started looking for a pet at the animal shelters and we found a 8 month old deaf border collie that had been abandoned 2 times my wife who was going thru cancer treatment at the time could not get over seeing that dog .So it was an hour later we were back to get the dog and it has been a life changing 1 1/2 year .I think she saved us more than we saved her. she is trained with a vibrate collar and knows 25 hand commands .thanks for the vids and please keep doing what you do you have such a great life
That's so good to hear. Lefty came from a shelter and I think back on that day when I found him there - the last 10.5 years with him have gone by so quickly and I'm so glad that I found him.
Lefty is a gem. Such a great companion. Get a can of bear spray for those walks. May the good Lord watch over you and your family and friends. Peace and Love 😊.
A bearing tree is a tree that surveyors mark to help relocate a survey corner if the original corner post or stone is lost or moved. - per google.😁 that wayfarer story was funny😂😂
Lefty is just adding his Technical Support info to the Video Shoot, lol. On a happy note, I just recently paid off my 1989 Ford E350 Ambulance. Now to get it home and start tinkering with it. Let the fun shenanigans of fixing up an older Ambo with a 7.3 IDI Engine begin.
@@TheCampulanceMan mine has not been started or ran at all since 2020. I was the last person who got it started, and drove it around a lil bit before it was parked. In fact, it's still sitting right where I was instructed to park it 4 years ago. Someone else recently tried to prime the fuel system to purge the air out of the fuel lines, and injectors, and somehow, during that process, they managed to accidently poke a tiny pin hole in the fuel filter, so I need a new fuel filter, 2 new huge batteries, about 10 gallons of fresh Diesel Fuel in the Tank, and some really good injector cleaner to add to the fresh Diesel Fuel. Then prime the system to purge the air out, and hopefully, that 7.3 IDI will come to life once again.
It'll run. They're hard to kill even you're trying to! The Standyne injector cleaner worked for me when I first had my rig and the injectors were clogged. @kevinswinyer3176
I love your relationship with your best friend.❤. I have a little best friend too. Princess Lola, papillon/ Chihuahua. I wish I was more mobile, I have a travel trailer and truck Ford Super Ranch F150 crew cab. I'm in the desert of eastern Washington.
There’s gold in them thar hills! My boy Ruka 🐶 whom I lost earlier this year loved to steal my chair whenever I got up to do something. I’d come back back and he’d be sitting in it. He never sat in my chair any other time. It was pretty funny and I think that was his playful sense of humor. ❤️
Great video and great camp. After spending time in the desert I so crave green grass and trees. Throw in some water and bingo. The snow on the mountain is an awesome look.
yep i was watching.. hiya back buddy.. nice to see some of the wood was still there i stacked.. i built the smallter firepit there out of the giant one just accross from it.. i love that spot.. see you in Q
Those groups of three caged in circles might be left from Space Aliens, trying to emulate human campers. Strange how lefty went on a barking rant in that area.
I so love Fleet Finds. When's the next Fleet Meals???❤ Lefty was just inches from clearing that creek jump. He looked a but suprised that he came up short. 😮
Initial stages of hiking with my dogs, taught them commands to reverse, left and right when on leash. Discovered we both found it easier to walk amidst trees, rocks, etc. Try that a few times with Lefty. Bearing trees in Maine woods , are sometimes trail delimiter’s or property boundaries.Especially where private meets NPS.After 40-50 years might be wrong on the delimiter’s word.
Lefty's the king of the camp! What's yours is his and what's his is his. Kind of like being married.. LoL 😂. Love Lefty too. ❣️🐾🇺🇲 !! Nipping in the hippie juice... 😂🤣. Are you self-reflecting David? Is it really you who's been nipping in the juice?! Can't say as I would blame ya!! 🍸🥃🍺. Cheers
I bought a pair of Wayfarers in my senior year of high school (1984-85). They were all black and cost me an astronomical amount of money for the time, $45. Adjusted for Inflation, that’s $136. My parents thought I was crazy, but I was definitely the cool guy at school for a while. 😎
Hey David, just watched your beautiful video in the mountains, thank you for such beautiful scenery! Maybe the glucose is making our pup have a little too much energy? Of course it may not be glucose as in a form of sugar your giving him… anyways take care of you two and enjoy the beauty! 🌟😁
David, you must have had your hearing aide volume turned down. When Lefty was sitting in YOUR chair, he told you that was the Boss chair. For some reason you haven't learned yet that you are not the boss of Lefty. Lefty is the boss of you. Consequently, he is entitled to sit in the Boss chair.
I camped at this location during the lockdown. It was nice for the most part. The kids in our group dug up 20 burnt hard drives. Definitely a shady element exists.
@@TheCampulanceMan we couldn’t believe it either. The kids keep bringing us the burnt components they dug up so we asked them to show us where they were digging. There were 20 burnt solid state drives in a shallow trench. I’m guessing they contained things I did not want to know about.
LOL, my dog Hazel did not like you putting her boyfriend in timeout. As Lefty was whining in rebellion she came over to my phone stared at the screen and then laid on top of me and whined. 🐢🐩🐶🐕🌺✨🌊🌻🐳🌈☮️☀️❤️
The trios of little graves, could be someone disposing of unwanted or dying pets, for people who can't afford doing it at a vet. Or if you dig down a foot or so, maybe it's needles from an unusually careful drug party that doesn't want anyone stepping on them, but doesn't want to risk driving out with a large quantity of used needles. Despite not being a druggie, I've gained an appreciation for what they must worry about, after I was stopped in a bogus traffic stop, and my car searched after a bogus K9 drug alert. Someone could be trying to minimize what they get caught with. Burn the crap out of it in a campfire, then bury it. But it could be anything. Could even be someone burying gifts they were given by someone, after a breakup, as part of a cleansing ritual. In fact, maybe the sunglasses were dug up from another gift burial plot than the ones you found. They sure looked like they'd been underground, to me. I'm not suggesting they're from your breakup, unless she found your video of a previous visit there and decided to leave you some fleet finds, hahaha.

I luv ur story! im lost without as well but just cant!
I am so envious of U! That area looks so beautiful and peaceful. Thanks for taking me along!
Our pleasure!
That's how I feel, too. The water in the stream is so clear and beautiful.

I'd take that cooler to make a house for my outdoor kitty.
You know Lefty's vocalizations followed by a sneeze are one of my favorite parts.
He always has to throw one in for you :)
Beautiful views thank you. Lefty looks so happy. Loved the Fleet Finds. Stay safe and big hugs to Lefty. 🤗🐾
Thank you Lynda :)

Lefty is in control. 😂😂❤❤. Beautiful scenery.
The Wayfarers sunglasses story cracked me up. Especially when you grimaced at how she looked in them. 🤣😂😆
I felt bad just remembering that... :)))
Thanks, David and Lefty 👍
Lefty has your wrapped around his paw LOL! OMG your dog is hilarious!
I let him have his way a lot - he repays me all the time :)
Sparkling rock perhaps fool’s gold????
It had me fooled :)
It's so beautiful there.
Keep doing "Fleet finds" Dave! They are enjoyable to watch. :)
I have fun doing them!
Lol lefty….I think he’d like that chair to recline…see what you can do about that 😂 Fleet Finds was FUN…Thank You…

Very funny Wayfarer story...lol

Nice walk and finds!

Always enjoy a video from the campulance man.
Thanks Brian!

We're going to be in the desert soon enough, so I'm soaking in all of this :)
Good for you. Hopefully I will be heading there in about 3 to 4 weeks.
They look like a pet Cemetery
Love the Fleet Finds. I’m always picking up stuff I find. I’ve found everything from jewelry to legos and keys.
I'm always keeping my eyes peeled for left behinds! We are lucky to find some of these things :)
I love the fleet finds segments and wish there were more of them😀

Hi Mac! I was surprised that the area was deserted - it was empty after Memorial day was past. Thanks for saying hi - We'll see you down there :)
Glad to come along with you both 🤩 just Nana from Montana and Pony 🐈⬛.

they might put some kind of food for the critters in the mettle basket things like hay are something?
Lefty is the Bossy Boss and you know it. My Snoopy is almost 14 and he is the same way. He tells me when we leave. LOL
I've got a new shirt that says 'My Boss' with a picture of him... I've accepted the fact :)

Just be careful when you pick up items like that! Cuz you don't know what's been on them. In drug wise.
Those cars parked like that could be involved in drugs . I would stay away from them .

That's the beginning of a horror movie.
Played that indoor golf plenty of times. The Galleria is still there, but the indoor golf is gone.
What a time capsule memory that was - the days of monstrous malls!
I was at the Galleria on opening day. 10k people an hour went through. Those days are gone.
