    For your warm up, you should try to use dynmaic stretching rather than static stretching and then for cool down use static stretching. Dynamic stretching is helps improve blood flow circulation and engages the muscles so that they are ready for the exercise

    I just did some pick runs with a few former D1 athletes they warmed up for 30 min before we even played. I was like man they have good habits.

    Love the vid man just keep working on your footwork. You changed pivot feet @5:23…… it is always best as a right handed player to scissor your feet to establish your left foot as your pivot foot when curling to the left. If you are going right into a shot then you can step right left but if you don’t having your right foot as the pivot foot takes away your strong hand drive

    When you're lifting weights, do you train more hypertrophy or strength? Do you train to failure, or do you go for say 5 reps of the heaviest weight you can lift?

    Do you have to practice shooting and finishing on all spots? (Top key left wing right wing and corners)
    I bought a hoop recently to improve my game but i have limited space (Only can shoot and finish at the top key, free throw line and just a little to the left and right)
    Hope someone call give me the answer i need

      Yes you want to make sure your comfortable doing anything from any where on the court, since you have limited space just work with what you have and practice shooting, finishing, attacking the rim from different angles

    Want to know how to get better. Starts with you. Second thing is your support system no matter how hard you train if you don't have a good night sleep and meal your not getting anywhere third is supernatural. But you gotta let the supernatural occur by having a clear mind and being able to wake up on time. And be un agitated. So all the muscles you were agitating to get better perform properly. And last but not least someone to pass you the ball. You ain't getting nowhere by yourself in basketball. Maybe skateboarding but not basketball.
