My friend got me their B12 a few months ago. Both me and my 16 year old daughter’s nails not only grew but they grew in strong. Mind you, we were randomly talking about something and came on the topic about how much and fast our nails grew. If it’s doing that with what we can see, I can only imagine how it’s working within us. I just ordered the subscription and got D3, B12, Cholo less and Once a day. These vitamins are the truth! 🤗

As you should be. It’s always good to do research. I’ve been taking them for awhile now and I’ve had good results. I’m still skeptical about the probiotics bc I’m not sure they are doing much but they haven’t affected me negatively.
