Don't listen to these people saying it causes spilt ends. Split ends can come from using a dry shampoo or a bad oil. I've been using it for years and comb my waist length curly hair out at night almost every night. Never have a issue. It's my main comb and I rarely use anything else or finger detangle because I hate having balls of hair in my hand while I'm trying to put in product

Ok girls......this is a little warning. If you are a girl that is a blond and has very thin hair don't use this product. I am a blonde so my hair is very thin and when I was younger I got this for my birthday. I used it and it dosen't hurt at all but it really does detangle your hair but it also damaged mine because well....its thin. I used it for I think few weeks and my mom saw consequences that I didn't even noticed. My hair was really damaged and if I went to a hairdresser they would have to cut it all of. But since I didnt, I stopped using it and put conditioner every single day for a few months and my hair was back to normal. That brush is great for girls that have thick hair but if you have thin hair don't use it. But it seriously doesn't hurt AT ALL. So if you have thick hair it won't hurt your hair at all it will help you, if you have thin hair don't use it. Bb have a great life💞

My dad has shoulder length naturally curly hair, he was in a motorcycle accident and spent a week in the hospital. He had head injuries and while they did "patch him" they didnt ever clean the blood and debris from his hair. He had to live with me a few months afterwards, but all his hair matted due to everything, and the hospital suggested just shaving it... um no! Once I got him home I used my tangle teaser and conditioner and saved his hair. It's so awesome it works on hair like yours too! You have beautiful hair! Hopefully more people understand there is hope (on the hospital hair aspect especially) and try it.

For the ladies who are worried about potential split ends from a tangle teezer, I recommend using the Wet Brush instead. You're able to detangle larger sections of hair and its a lot more gentle, absolutely no tugging whatsoever! Like little gentle alien fingers gliding through your strands lol. The tangle teezer is great for those in depth detangle sessions but I try not to use mine more than a few times a month.

Great Ima Same tbh haha. I haven't personally experienced any split ends from using a tangle teezer but I hear that complaint often. I think most type 4 ladies would be better off using the tangle teezers specifically suited for them, like the 'thick and curly' tangle teezer with longer teeth, or the new Wet Detangler that has a handle and is made for in shower use. I think the original one is just more readily available.

I agree. I bought Aussie, my hair was SO TANGLED. Now, my hair is super thick and wavy/curly, really fine. So much so that i was forced to have short hair for most of my life or the weight of my hair would pull my skin and give me terrible headaches, im talking like having my hair past my shoulders was too much. Often i had it at chin level or shorter. I can now finally have long hair and I love it, down to my middle back now. But the tangles! I usually use Treseme which works great. One time i ran low on money and bought some aussie product from the dollar store and oh my god. My hair had never been so tangled before. It actually hurt.

I have used the wet brush paddle brush for 5 years now (I have straight hair though) and it works amazingly. My hair is really fine and tangles really easily. I'm pretty sure that if I didn't use the wet brush I would be bald by now lol. Will never ever use a regular brush again.

But know that I’m almost 13 I use a brush called “Denman” brush
It works so well. I highly recommend it. I suggest if you have curly hair to use it when your hairs wet. That’s what I do.
    Glad I could help

I used a tangle teaser for the first time a few weeks ago. It is honestly the best thing ever. It detangles my sections in seconds. I also noticed that when I twist my hair back up (two strand twists), my twists are smoother and shinier, with less single strand knots! 🙌🏽❤
