@@MrShenron89 it's different when paella is Spain. Spain being the mother country so it would make sense for its colonies to make paella. Civiche is originally from Peru

I'm from Chelsea MA, and Puerto Rico has been here since the early 70's.
It was an adventure and suggest that PR should follow the Vietnamese/Cambodian model for education.
