Great video again guys. There was me thinking that on your menu would be lobster bisque, lobster thermidor, lobster rolls, grilled lobster tails with lemon/herb butter, lobster pie etc! Oh and you forgot the red wine in the mince and tatties! lol
Good setup on the boat. Probably the most mechanically ergonomic equipment design of all the lobster boats I've seen but workflows are sometimes confusing with double handling but I do admire a single operator on deck with pots spaced close together. Much Respect and thanks for the Tassie Lobster. Best in the World.
Great to see you both respect the gear, the boat and each other so much. A great relationship and boy that cottage pie looked awesome, think I'll knock one up for tomorrow nights dinner . Love your videos, boy you've come a long way in a few years and totally understand your stresses and worries running a business. As you say, people just don't understand how slim the profit margins can be, keep it up, cheers from NZ
Don’t understand how you guys can afford to keep fishing ! Costs are out of this world anymore! In pounds how much does your average Cray weigh and cost in the stores ? Really love the videos , great job to both of you ! Super functional boat as well !
It's all a struggle at the moment. But we are working through it. Average weight depends on area we work. Recently we worked the east coast for an average 1.3kg Then heading further south we averaged 0.930g but if we head south again we will average less again.
Thanks for the videos men, I really like watching, every once in a while I get the itch to go back to sea,you guys remind me that I’m too old now 😂. I think I’ll stick to the filleting and splitting, still in the industry but better for my old joints. Charley, Beauty Point
@coreypotter3294 can't blast tunes and film videos instantly coppyright Also I need him to listen and get the feel of the boat correctly before "tunes" are played. If the revs drop he needs to know why but he can't If the music is to loud 😀
That meal looked good. I want to try and make it 😊
Love how clean the engine room is and really the whole boat is it’s a credit to you both 😊
Appreciate it. Old man has kept it very neat and tidy.
That deck hand is worth his weight in gold. He has kept up with no help. He can work for me anytime.
He loves some hard work! That's for sure!
Great watching always boat looks great you guys keep up great work
Thanks! Will do!
Awesome fishing guys, love the footage. Cleanest boat 🛥 I have ever seen
Thanks 👍

That would be cool! Haha thanks for watching. We aren't allowed to eat lobster on the boat.

Thanks Alistair! Really appreciate it. It's a very smooth operation when 2 are on deck. Not much moving about is required. Glad you enjoyed!

Seems very quiet on deck I’d for sure be blasting the tunes

You guys are so lucky those lobster do not have finger popping claws on them and crazy frenchmen shooting at you for stealing their lobster.
These lobsters can do some series damage. They are extremely aggressive. And don't like letting go. Hah
