Is the 2023 Honda Civic Type R the BEST new hot hatch with the RIGHT mods?

The Type R is all new for 2023 and Honda has brought some big changes. Under the hood is a 2.0L turbocharged inline-4 that now produces 315HP & is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission. This particular Type R has a few modifications done to it to enhance style & performance. Is the 2023 Honda Civic Type R the BEST new hot hatch with the RIGHT mods?
