@@UltraBudgetPC but that would be the same experience if you play 2d platformers or sidescrollers as movies dont move camera around on demand so thos 24fps feel enouth
I put an RX 550 into my mom’s Ryzen 5 1600AF. While I wouldn’t use it, it’s more than capable as a basic display adapter, which is all it’s currently needed for. When testing, I wasn’t all that happy with performance, but I was comparing to my RX 480 4GB, which is completely unfair :P
I do have a RX550 on my current PC, but it's the Powercolor low profile version, which has DVI-D and HDMI instead and has a cooling setup more like the W3100.
I never tried an RX550! I will have to look for one, I collect cards... RX580 is still a great cheap card, shame they never tried to cram one into a low profile card. Just in case any of your viewers happen to stumble across one: The Nvidia Quadro T1000 4GB/8GB is almost exactly a low profile, single slot GTX 1650 and no extra power cable required. It's a tiny bit slower but really not enough to care about and while it can be an expensive card too they do show up for very low prices on the used market, primarily because a lot of Dell and HP entry-level workstations come with them and people immediately upgrade to a better card. Worth looking for one if you were considering a low profile 1650 and can't find one at a reasonable price.
Since it's a dell OEM( I think based on it's looks) did you get the drivers through AMD or dell? Also is it worth getting to upgrade from a gt 1030 2gb ddr5?
"The human eye can't see more than 24 FPS so it's playable"
Well the "cinematic" framerate is always supposed to be 24 fps right, so at least this GPU can give us that experience.
Brother I can tell the difference in 24 and 60 and 120 fps

My wx 3100 absolutely slaps

The human eye is beautiful
so is the invention of graphics cards
I just put one of these in my dell xps and it’s a pretty ok card for esports games.
