- I usually position this way if a ball is hit far to my right and I need to reach far to field it. Left foot is crossed over opposed to left foot in front. I start from my knee to feel myself working in my legs and working under the ball. I then move to a standing position. Push off that left foot to get your feet under you and to get your momentum to your target.

I, probably like most people, watch these on my phone.. I have one suggestion... Can you wear brighter pants or two toned pants... The all black makes it hard to tell (on my phone) which leg you have closest to the camera. Like is your right leg down or your left leg. The black makes your legs "blend" together. Just my two cents. But good drill, nonetheless.
