Celtic salt is pretty expensive. Paid almost $20 for a 16 Oz bag. I'm sure it's worth it

😊 So how much Celtic Salt would you recommend daily? 1tsp? How much is too much? There is 1 doctor on UA-cam who recommends 3-6g of sodium daily which is around 7.5-15g of salt a day. That seems very high to me.

Really disappointing,Dr. O,that all the things that are so good for us is extremely expensive and often hard to find! Seniors on fixed budgets can’t afford most of the Good stuff! It’s so frustrating! Seems everything you talk about is in this category. I need your job, lol thank you for info.

I found the same French grey salt or SEL GRIS , on Amazon for 10 dollars 1 Pound and a half while the brand Celtic Blue is super expensive SO YOUR CHOICE THE ONE I GET It called VIVA DORIA. FRENCH SALT. COMES IN A WHITE AND GREEN PACKAGE.
