    Castor oil is amazing. I use it everyday all over my body. It took my knee, breast, under arm, lower back pain away. I apply it directly on my skin. Sometime I do breast wraps as well. I had a lump on my knee, it was gone the next day by using castor oil. My lower back pain gone, just by rubbing castor oil directly on the area. Make sure the castor oil is Hexane free, organic and cold pressed in a dark glass jar. I hope this helps someone.

    I have had a thyroid disease since I was a child - Hashimotos. For the past two months, part of my castor oil 'ritual' was to rub pure Organic cold-pressed castor oil (not diluted with anything) on my neck, over my thyroid. I do this every evening. I just had my lab work done, as I do every 2-3 months. For the first time in my LIFE, my thyroid levels are stable. I am still on 50mcg of Levothyroxine, but I won't be surprised if my thyroid heals itself completely, as I plan to continue to use castor oil.

    I was a professional actor before i retired. Years ago I was hit by a bout of laryngitis. I needed to be back on stage the next day. A massage therapist friend told me to soak castor oil on a clean white soft cloth and wrap that with cloth and tie around my neck and go to bed. I was skeptical. she said try it. I did as she said. I woke the next day twelve hours later. my VOICE was completely restored. I now use it twenty years to relieve neuropathy. It has been helpful.

      Castor oil is a laxative. It has no other "health" benefits if administered orally. People experience placebo effect and think they are cured. Placebo effect offers a temporary relief only. It does not cure anything. A small fraction of people experiencing placebo effect with a lesser ailment may actually clear the issue because the relief may help the body and medical treatments to speed up the recovery. B. O'Neill is not a real doctor, according to her legal losses in Australian courts where she was ordered to stop pretending to be a medical, or any other kind of, doctor and to stop giving medical advice.

    I tried ALL the "packs"for a little over a week - earlier this year (jan 2024) - and this is what I experienced...first off, they're messy, secondly, I don't have the "time" to "sit" around and "wait". Third, imo, uncomfortable to "sleep" with, and lastly, castor oil stains and if you decide to "sleep with the pack" wear something that you don't treasure and remember to protect your bedding as well. HOWEVER, In March 2024, I researched "ingestible castor oil" as opposed to external only castor oil and this is what I experienced: I take 1 teaspoon every morning on an empty stomach. I have/had "dry eye" and almost immediately, my eyes felt GREAT as opposed to "gritty". Now, I don't have to put eyedrops in every few hours nor this gooey stuff - before bed - at night. I also had "something" that developed at the base of my index finger - about the size of a small pea - early december and, was slowly getting bigger and interfering with my workout/grip, to such a degree that I seriously thought I would need to see a "specialist" and have it surgically removed. I planned to discuss this issue with my primary doctor at my next "annual" visit which was late July, 2024. In June - and when I "remember" to do while watching TV - is to give myself a hand/joint massage. That's when I noticed that "pea sized" growth GONE! Lastly, about 2 1/2 years ago I whacked myself really really hard on my back/lower rib cage - while getting up from underneath my quartz counter. Believe me....I was doing the "ouchie wow wow dance" for about 5-10 min and it swelled up pretty good. After the swelling went down, I had a pretty good sized "under the skin something" that was about 2 inches long and about 1/2 inch wide. Long story short, it's almost diminished. As for joint inflammation - for me - it's caused by bad food that I shouldn't eat unless I want to "treat" myself every once in a blue moon with i.e., cake, sugar, crap food.... P.S. I'm almost 70!

    • @DebraCollins-fq4jo
      @DebraCollins-fq4jo 5 місяців тому +21

      70 also. I had that pea sized growth on my right ring finger. Went to my hand surgeon, and it's caused by leaking synovial fluid in the joint. Had a steroid shot in the finger and it went away after a few weeks. That was the option to having it surgically removed.
      Next time I will try the castor oil compress with maybe a little ginger added. Thanks for sharing.

I started putting castor oil under my breast, every single day, and all of the bumps and lumps and growth from Candia completely gone, I also had rosacea growing up on my eyeball, which I guess is normal, but it can cause an irritant to your eye having those bumps on your eye they are gone. Barbara has so much that is useful and important for so many people. In the last year alone i have noticed how much more information she is churning out to us. Some on her own, some with other experts. The amount of wisdom and knowledge she is sharing is appreciated. I have spur heels and find that as a result of that I have sharp pain in the middle of my foot that feel like something sharp cutting inside my foot. I put castor oil on it and hold my foot over a lamp to warm the oil on the area of my foot and believe me about 10 mins after I felt something move towards my toes and that sharp pain dont return over a month now. I've warm ithe castor oil and put it on a bump in my face and surly it's going down rapidly and I dint used it every night as i don't remember sometime.

    Many of your advises I already knew, but you're still adding information. I always say good food is the best medicine and the best medicine is good food. I always heal and help others to heal in the natural way. For me and my friends it works. I am nearly 69 and in good health as a result, keeping my osteoarthritis well under control. I daily cycle long distances, swim regularly long distances in open water, hike regularly and trek sometimes. My daughter tells me I (can) do more than most of similar age.
    I have a question though. I live in Kashmir, North India, where the use of mustard oil is common. I don't use it very often and if I use it, I use the cold pressed local mustard oil.
    Do you (or anyone else) have any knowledge about the benefits or counter benefits of cold pressed mustard oil?
    In the US mustard oil is banned, but I don't understand why (and as cannabis - a powerful healing plant - is also banned, I don't trust authorities on that either). Also it's told by the MSM that the kernels of apricots are poisonous, though I eat these too when eating apricots. The people of the Hunza Valley, Kashmir, Pakistan, cook with apricot oil made from the kernels and they reach ages of 100 - 120 years in good health. So how could that be poisonous?!

    I appreciate Barbara o,Neil greatly. Hawthorne berry and other supplements have been life saving.
    However it did nothing for my bone spur. I followed protocol but no results. One skin tag was gone almost overnight, another after weeks has not shrunk in size at all.
    I had gall bladder issues and tried the compresses only getting oily clothes but little help until I started drinking a half cup of Kiefer daily and cutting out Tumeric and caffeine. Like she says, listen to your body.
    Testimonials are always good to hear, but is there any scientific studies on castor oil.

      Have you found castor oil packs yet, search online, they are there. You can get a full pack of them if you desire. One for around your waist, one for shoulders, one for your neck for thyroid, another for knees, etc. Some people use plastic shower caps or women's feminine products, or a dogs pee pee trainer paper, as these are all backed in plastic and can be trimmed to size as needed, to help with the mess. ( The actual boughten castor oil packs are not backed in plastic that i have seen as of yet)
