First of all, it is a risky method. Also, I'd recommend not cutting the side where wires and fuel lines are. Cut the opposite side instead, and hinge/fold the side with wires and fuel line. Less risky that way. Also, make sure you seal/caulk the seams properly after youre done.

Put little hinges on it so it opens like a door

I got it cut open with my grinder,cutting disc ,I just had to observe the gas tanks on line and do the math ,thanks@@worksmarternotharder1215
