- I purchased a Echo PB-755 backpack blower and in this video I give me full review on it and provide a demonstration of how it does with wet frozen leaves, light straw, pine needles and then dry leaves.

I got this 755 for 350 from a pawn shop brand new in the box. Was gonna get a stihl but this seemed like a really good deal. The average price for one is about 450 so I think i did good.
Just bought mines yesterday stoked on getting it started n using it for the first time!
I just picked up one of these today. It was easy to setup & started up on the 2nd pull nice & easily. It's a tad heavy, but not terribly. I used premixed 50:1 non ethanol fuel, Trufuel. Got about 2hrs run time with that gallon.
As for power, this puppy 🐶 kicks some serious butt (watch out kardashian). My home has a decent amount property, little under an acre, lots of wooded areas. With that said, I have more leaves dropping than lies from a democrat's lips (& we know there ain't a plow big enough to clean that)!!... After a 2nd frost here in CT, USA, all leaves were wet. This beast had no issues pushing the hordes of wet leaves like there was no 2moro!! When my 1st tank of gas ran out, I refilled her & I took a 10min coffee ☕ break. Went back outside & she started up quickly again with no issues & she was back to blowing like a champ!
This is my 1st backpack leaf blower, I'm pretty impressed I must say! 😎👍
Cons:
only that I wish it was a bit lighter. Cuz after 2 hrs out there, my shoulders were feeling it.
Awesome comment/review!!
Pb 755 is a great machine, just about as powerful as a stihl BR600. Good choice.
I got 2 of these , I wear one on Front and one the standard way on my back this gives me a Hose in both hands in this configuration of Use,
I use it as a Jet Pack I roughly get 200 miles a gallon at about 150 feet altitude.
Bought one a couple days ago. Did everything right in terms of assembly and start-up. It’s ran for about 10-15 min while finishing my yard and just shut off and wouldn’t restart. Idk what the issue was. I took it back and got a new one. I hope I don’t have the same issue.
Wow that is strange and I hope your replacement doesn't have that same issue. Thanks for the watch and comment!
@@BigbeardMN Do you think putting 87 in it vs the recommended 89 could’ve been the problem?
@@Havoc813 yes that definitely can cause problems and always use what is called out in the manual. Depending on the gas stations you go to ideally you also want 10% or less ethanol as well. Otherwise if you have access to premium 91 to 93 octane that is non-oxgenatic that is the best for small engines in my opinion.
@@BigbeardMN Awesome! Thx for the guidance!
Nice video. I think your carb needs leaned out a bit. Do you have an RPM tester?
I love echo blowers. I have the 580 and love it👍 great videos by the way
Helluva buy at $399
awesome anniversary gift....talking about plastic mine did have a piece of metal around the end so if it drags the ground you don't have to worry about it chewing the end of it where it blows out the air ....i think its very comfortable got a bad lower back and it feels like getting a massage especially compared the weedwacker which is torture to me plus being 6'5" doesn't help seems like all weedwackers are the perfect length to make me have to bend over just enough to torture my back ive used cheap ones to my latest one echo srm2620x series here lately I've been using my echo srm 210 that i bought in like 2005 its lighter and does a great job replaced carb $18 and spark plug has been only things I've done to it starts first pull and runs perfect and the blower i bought it about 4 yrs ago for $100 and it had been worked pretty hard but starts on first or 2nd pull hasn't let me down yet and i cut lawns for a living got a 4 stroke makita bought new about 6 yrs ago and it needs work on it reason i bought the used echo was the best used lawn equipment I've every bought only replaced bulb and pullstarter about a year ago $15 does need new straps but zip ties are doing a good job but far as engine it has been remarkable hope u have the same luck I've had bro!!!!
0:40 The sexual innuendos write themselves. 😂
Straps on the PB755 are disappointing compared to the PB580. The PB580 is also more comfortable on the back, it includes the back ventilation tech that the professional grade models have
4sure...I have the pb770 and 8010 and they're really comfortable...the 755 is uncomfortable but otherwise it's a good blower
Aftermarket straps are very good
@@Jason-zw2dg Which brand of aftermarket straps did you buy? The factory straps work on my shoulders after a while.
100th liked
The 755 is a good blower but the 770 and 8010 are 10x more comfortable, and powerful
2x more expensive too.
