    If I am not throwing (baseballs) every day should I still be doing plyos every day?

    How often are you using plyos in a week? And everything you throw are you using plyos before? Also, do you use j bands after throwing to recover?

      Plyos everyday before throwing, so 6 days a week rn. Yes j bands after as apart of recovery, good questions

    How hard should we throw the plyos? Like percentage

      Depends on a bunch of things. What phase your in, what's your day plan, whats your max effort for that day. Thats where a trainer comes in, hope this helps

      @@AidenMcIntyreBaseball thanks for your reply. Do you have to throw plyos or have you seen guys throughout your career that just rely on proper strength training and longtoss to build velo?
