    This is brilliant training. Some of it- like the body blade, the elastics, and the weights were recommended by my PT therapist to build up my shoulders' strength and range of motion to compensate for an impingement and bone spur. I can see this as training for string players, especially cellists.
    I can only offer praise to Bauer for figuring it all out and for the brilliant results.
    As for 911- good for him to suggest something other than the less than credible official narrative.

    I really hope they keep him in Cleveland. I think he's a really good pitcher. Methodical yes but his arm is always healthy

    I want to make a wall like that. How did you make it ? plywood some type of plastic

    • @torenchris
      @torenchris 5 років тому +4

      Joel Ramirez it’s basically rubber over plywood. They have to rebuild it every few months also due to it being broken down.

    • @jpmendoza138
      @jpmendoza138 4 роки тому +2

      Use a horse mat and plywood. If you're wondering more about his program check out driveline baseball or 212 Athlete. We are using the 212 Athlete program which is very similar to Driveline. If you want a good book to listen to or read I highly recommend the MVP Machine, its fantastic. This whole weighted ball program will make more sense.

      heavier balls actually put less strain on your arm then a regular 5 oz baseball. It's like throwing a tennis ball vs throwing a baseball; the tennis ball will put more stress on your arm because it is so much lighter. Weighted balls are great for conditioning and strengthening your arm.
