100% agree that running in cold is so much better than running in the heat. Up here in Minneapolis most of us wear Icebugs or Hoka speedgoat spikes to manage the ice. I’ve run thousands of winter miles and have never taken a spill. This year though, we don’t have any snow to speak of. It’s been a crazy winter!

I need to know if you fell at all. Some of that snow looks like ice!!! Also I think a big triathlon should be in in the cards for the year.
