The Challenges of Winter Running

Winter running, it is a fascinating reality that all of us runners must deal with on an annual basis. In Colorado, our winters are NOTHING like the upper Midwest or New England. I feel for you if you live in that part of the country. I think the coldest I have ever been was in Vermont, and so I need to keep all my thoughts and ideas on winter running within fair reasons since I am not from NORWAY or SWEDEN!
