The Wedge cutscene is skipped by destroying the last two objectives "out of order", that is leaving all but one enemy alive at the garrison, then destroying all of the sensor array, then looping back for the last enemy at the garrison. Why it works like this i don't know however :p

What are you playing this on? The Framerate looks incredible for an older game.
PC with a wrapper, we cap the framerate at 60 because the engine does funny things when you go above it

@@austindalton2371 check speedrunning communities, usually we have a pretty good grip on how to get everything out of a game

In fact, you can now play it with a gamepad from the new Mupen Rosalie emulator. You configure it well and it works great for you.
