audi a3 oil cooler failure

vehicle came into us with coolant issues and as you can see it's excessive oil in the coolant system.
this is such a common fault with not only audi cars but a whole lot of manufacturers!!! in this video there is a 2 ways you can test them because we test not guess!!

Wondering if you have any ideas on this... I changed my oil cooler on a golf 6 2.0 TDi which is part of the oil filter housing so changed that too. New parts fitted to spec, mating surfaces thoroughly cleaned but coolant now seeping into the oil. I know this because the coolant in the expansion bottle is going down very slowly over the course of a few weeks and recently noticed a tiny bit of 'mayonnaise' on the oil cap. No leaks outside the car. This is the second replacement, the first did the same too only over night so I know there was a major issue somewhere. Thought I solved it with another one, all torqued to spec but now I'm noticing this. I'm pulling my hair out over this now what's left of it 😂. The only thing I can think of is that I've used cheap parts from Amazon for £35 because they were like £300 with VW and £170 with the motor factors. Even so, the part looked identical. Unfortunately I live down in Bridgend otherwise I'd bring it up to you.
