I just really hope that one day, when there are no contracts preventing them from speaking the truth, either Sannie or Annerley write a book where they tell us EVERYTHING!! 🤩
What’s to tell? This project wasn’t some shady hide the vocalist Annerley co-wrote the majority of the Whigfield stuff as well as fronting her own project Ann Lee, Sannie was a model and used as the face of the Whigfield brand. There’s really no big scandal. Same with Corona/Sandy
The background concert is rhythm of the Night 90s Eurodance also
the rhythm of the night was also written by Ann Lee!! Without a doubt Annerley is the most complete Eurodance artist of the 90s.

No, while it is not the same thing, any time you have a situation where you take the original and put in a enchantments because the original isn't good enough we'll....
Certainly not condoning what Boney M and Milli Vanillin did, but a lot of singers today once you take the enchantment technology away, don't sound anything like the original.
Years ago must singer's, musicians, etc... could belt out a tune naturally without all the Gizmo's you have today!!
Not saying today's singers are no good and not saying all singers use auto tune, just saying a lot of people today are not original and kind of fake, just like a lot of people in our society!!

In the original design, Sannie would sing, but Annerley was found to hit higher notes and have greater technique. So it was agreed that Annerley would sing the first album (while Sannie honed her technique) and the rest of Sannie would sing. But, the producers liked the resounding success that Whigfield did with the voice and one and the other's face and renewed the contract with Annerley without Sannie knowing and simply made her swallow everything and accept that until the end of the contract she would be a performer.
@@jao_anderson I think Sannie was hired to be the performer after Saturday Night started to have some success. Sannie is nowhere to be seen on the cover of the earlier versions of the single, and of course - no credited vocalist on any of them
