- Which windshield is right for your motorcycle and more specifically your Road Glide. In this video, we are going to face off with Kock Werks 12 inch pro touring vs. the 11 inch sport flare. If you are like me, when selecting a windshield for my Harley Davidson Road Glide, I want to see it on the bike from many different angles. Your in luck, because in this product review, I will take you on the motorcycle as I show you the cockpit view, along with the stance of the windshield. I can't hear my music at highway speeds. Do you think a new windshield will solve this? or Should I just do an audio upgrade?
In your opinion, would the pro touring in a 12 inch be to tall for a 5'8 guy?
I want great protection for the wife and I against wind and bugs hitting my face. But don't want to have to look through it all the time. Thanks

This video was perfect timing. My road sofa is coming in within the next few weeks and was looking into ordering a new windscreen to go with it. I'm 6'3" as well. probably going to go with the 12" Touring

i was running the 12" Pro for a while but changed up to the 15" pro touring, the pro's make more sense with the miles we put down. The flares look cooler IMO

I'm 5'10" can look over the stock windshield by at least an inch. Do you think the 12" pro touring would be too tall for me? How do you think it would be for a passenger? Thanks
The 12" Pro in the smoke allows you to see right through. I don't think it would negatively affect your vision. The wind protection is amazing! Ride safe.
I have the 14 " sports flare dark. I really love it I've had several. This one is the best

Great review, but I wish the people that commented on what they run would say how tall they are. I’m 5-11 and wondering if I need a 9” or 11” sport?
I'm 6'3". For riding around town and short trips, I run the 11" sport, but for the long travel...I always slap on the 12" Pro.
I run the 4” shield, but I live in the mountains of north Ga. so I’m not running fast speeds through the curves. 😎👍

Great video, did you notice a difference in terms of speaker sound / quality with the reduction of wind noise ?
Thanks for watching. Its hard for me to judge with the speaker sound. I never use the speakers and always play my music through my SENA system. I know it improved form the stock windscreen though. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful on that aspect.
Just as you described, I ordered the 11 inch sport flare and it’s so nice on the road. Have a little wind feel on the hands and little on the sides of my shoulders but nothing on the chest and head.

If your 6ft tall get the 11in sport flare, not the 8.5. I bought the 8.5 and it's fine for city riding but wind hits me right at the eyebrows
Great content, I’m leaning the 11” sport, I’m 5’8”. Is the 11” to tall in your opinions?
I went from the 9” sport flair to the 11” sport , both are awesome . I used the 9” for the last 4 years and love it , I’m trying the 11 for the added wind push . Also get Klock Shine … absolutely the best cleaner/protectant
After switching to the 11” can you tell a difference? I’m in between the two

I put one of their billboard windshields on my Fatboy and it made a world of difference. Less turbulence and better handling due to more downforce. Would highly recommend
That 11” Sport Flare looks good on that RG. I also like the visibility.

let me make it easy for you. If you have a black Road Glide get the Klock Werks 14 inch Smoked Sport Flare. If you cant see over it buy a Honda.
