My biggest nit-pick for this game is probably the fact that they have certain course elements/clear conditions in story mode that, for whatever reason, aren't in the normal level editor
I know right? I've always wanted to use Toads (and more realistically) heavy stones. They even had heavy stone sprites for styles that they weren't even normally usable in.
I understand the Toad and Toadette ones since they are story related but stone makes no sense at all! I have no idea why they thought it was a good idea to even add it to the game for just a level like bruh why.
For the stacking thing, you can put an enemy on a track and then remove the track. Its anoying and mosy likely a bug, but there is a way to have the enemies not stack
Thats probably not a bug and most likely something Nintendo did not intend but they won't fix it since its useful. Kind of like how stacking lets you place enemies at fractional tile positions.
I really want to have like 8 levels per world so I don’t have to divide my game into 2 super worlds and only have the 1st half uploaded. Also I want the ice flower and hammer suit.
Items staying through stages would probably break some levels for example:What you got a mushroom in a level and in the next level you needed to be small Mario, or what if you got a frog suit and the next level is in a different game style, or what if you got a super Bell but the next level is in the Super Mario World style.
The most frustrating thing about not being able to stack enemy in 3D world is that IT IS ACTUALLY POSSIBLE to stack them by using a glitch, like it works perfectly fine but Nintendo just didn't want to add it for literally no reason.
Completely agree with your point about downloading levels. I learned a few new tricks by doing that in SMM1. But I see the point about some people just plagiarizing levels.
It's like UA-cam removing dislikes; you can't learn anything about the level, video, or game because you can't see if it's clickbait, or if there was a setup in it you wanted to use The good outweighs the bad here. Plagarism is a really bad thing, but if Nintendo actually tries to care about the game, reporting the level should get it deleted
Because some players want to make awful/special levels for their friends for example but don't want other people to get said level in their endless no-skip run or in multiplayer.
My biggest nitpicks are the fact they changed some really useful tech and hitboxes from SMM1, as well as remove a couple of items and stuff for no real reason.
Great vid! Love that this game is still getting discussed even after Nintendo pretty much completely abandoned it. From the perspective of someone who has pretty much only been building in this game for like the past 1 and a half years, here's some of my pet-peaves when it comes to building levels: - *The Night Themes being so restrictive* : Why do they all have to have the musicbox covers and why are the effects stuck to them. For instance why can't I make a Poison Jungle during the day, with the normal Jungle theme. Conversely, can't have the backgrounds and visuals without the effects, which is also restrictive and dumb. - *The 3D Worlds Semi-Solid* ...not only is there only one option per level theme, but the fact that the very top must be open at all times almost entirely defeats the purpose of a semi-solid as it makes it so clunky to use...you can't even put coins at the very top. I have never understood why it works that way instead of just functioning like it does in all the other gamestyles. - *Fully Vertical Levels are not possible* , only vertical sub-worlds. Why you can't have an entire level be a long epic climb up a tower or mountain or so I have no idea. - *Can't put Key Coins or Regular Coins on enemies* meaning the only way to give any incentive to defeating enemies is with the restrictive clear conditions or by giving them keys, which only open key-doors (or warp boxes) which are very limited in number. - *Clear conditions* Conceptually I love that they're in the game at all, it allows you to make levels that feel a lot different in style and tone, but there's so many things limited about them...why can you only have one at a time, why is there no option to hide it, why on earth do they disable checkpoints?? If Checkpoints can save your collected Key Coins, then why not the same for Clear Conditions? This alone makes them insanely less usable and I for the life of me cannot understand this. - *Can't mash up level themes* So there's ice blocks and frozen coins, so making something like an Ice Cave or Ice Castle is technically possible, but not with any other theme. Why are there no desert tiles, so you can make a desert cave or sandcastle or sth? No Lava tiles, no Water tiles, no Poison tiles either. - *The Clunky Hammer Suit* Such a unique diverse power-up, made so annoying to play with because the hammer swing stops all your momentum completely and is mapped to the same button as summoning crates. Nintendo, stop putting very different, polar opposite functions on the same button! What has annoyed me most though since the very first game... - *The Timer not allowing more than 500 secs* . Making really long levels basically forces you to make it so you have to die at the checkpoint to reset the timer, which is so weird because they give you all this space, all this crazy amount of room to work with, so many items and options and possibilites...yet no more than 500 secs. With no clock item to increase the timer, no option to turn it off or make it go to 999 or at least 700 secs or so. Just always stuck with the timer. But at the end of the day I've sunk so many hours into this game that at this point, I've just gotten used to all these annoyances. As much as I still cringe at them occasionally, I just learnt to accept them and work around them. All the options make up for it.
I have my own nitpick. The fact that you can start over once hitting the checkpoint. Every pro SMM2 player has done this at least once and it can be annoying, especially on difficult levels (that actually have checkpoints). I think we should be able to toggle this on/off in the case of if you need it for a level you’re grinding to have the start over button show, or to have it not show when doing difficult levels that have them
I swear, Super Worlds are such missed potential. I wish you could have at least 10 different world themes instead of 8, just in case you have a custom theme/ boss rush theme. There should also be up to 8 levels per world, there have been so many times I wanted to include a mini boss but I couldn’t due to the level limit.
My personal nitpicks: *Spikes should be Snow Spikes in the snow theme. *The Bulls Eye Banzais in the 3D World theme should be called Cat Banzai Bills. *Red Cheep Cheeps should be the default version instead of green ones. *Better angry sun design for NSMBU (the Mario Kart Wii design would have been the best imo) *Why unnecessarily change the name from Koopa Clown Car to Junior Clown Car in Mario U style? Why not just call it “Clown Car” in all styles. *Red Pow Blocks should be able to float in the air, like in 3D World, rather than have gravity like the blue ones. *Change the Mario U checkpoint flag back to rectangle like in Mario Maker 1. Also give us 8 rotation directions for them again. *Why can’t blinking blocks blink in double time like in Galaxy 2 and 3d world
If I had a nickel for every time I’ve missed a Ninji Speedrun, I’d have two nickels, which isn’t a lot but it’s weird it happened twice. If Speedruns come back in MM3, they HAVE to make a certain schedule. Literally the only way I knew new levels were released were videos online, which is why I missed Link and one other.
Regarding Super Worlds, I'd love to see the ability to change the overworld theme. I don't know why Super Mario World is the only option for the overworld.
Probably because they did not have time to finish it, its such a basic change they should have made an update for it but they seemed to be in such a rush to leave the office that we will probably have to wait for MM3
@@Anonymous-pq1tx You misunderstood. I wish the overworld didn't have to be Super Mario World only. I wish you could also choose SMB1, SMB3, NSMBU, or 3D World.
I forgot to mention this in another comment but a simple fix to level plagiarism for the most part could be to allow someone to download a level but not let them upload the downloaded level and instead allow them to edit for their sake. This would make for such an easier time with allowing players to learn more complex level techniques that they could take inspiration from and implement in their levels, just saying-it would be a cool idea.
My least favorite thing is that you can't upload an edited version of a level you already uploaded. I wanted to make a bonus world out of special versions of previous levels in the world, like in 3D land and world, but even after editting it it says it was already uploaded, meaning I would have to recreate the level 1 for 1 and then edit it.
Literally this. There are so many levels of my super world that I want to go back and fix or remake but I never saved a copy of them in the coursebot and I honestly don't feel like spending all that time re-creating 30+ levels
Hi Odyssey, This is MegaOOF Boi here. It appears that you showcased my level Bowser's Hot Garbage Can as a Little Timmy level, which in itself was meant to be a showcase of bad level design with a catch so other creators don't create it. We (yes this is a shared account) have made a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th in the series in which they are done more tastefully than the first. Please don't go thinking we are a Little Timmy Maker. We're not posting this comment to be angry, we are just clarifying. We like your video content anyway. Also, I'm just surprised our world appeared at all in the Super Worlds, so that's nice.
Someone actually created a site you can use to pretty easily see the boo count of any stage by just typing the level code. It's pretty interesting to see. Although the site might be using like an actual Switch to operate or something so it might get taken down at some point.
Do you mean the items you have to unlock by playing the story mode or the things in levels in story mode that you can’t access in coursebot like the toads that you had to keep in tow in that one level
There’s a lot wrong with the super worlds, it was all very cool having a world mode but they could have given us more. Features such as: over 8 worlds and if not a star world might be just as cool. Imagine the player being able to beat your game and moving on to secret levels. Even though big coins are in the game I still thinks star coins would be cool, maybe use them to purchase different things that the creator can implement into their world or be used as a support for star world. Let player re-visit previous worlds and levels but also allow us to have more than 5 measly levels, upping the upload count for the user would make this easier. Allow us to have more than one world up for sure! I can’t tell you how much I want to have a sequel to a super world after my first one is finished, to upload my second I would have to delete my first, also what if I had some sort of story telling element with my super world that is needed mostly to enjoy the world to a fuller extent but I have to delete my first world for my second to be uploaded? Not even that the difficulty will naturally be harder in my second game so yeah... next nitpick: We’ve requested beach, volcano, Mountain themes and more by now Nintendo why haven’t those been made? Why can’t I make a forest level without water, it throws the main focus of some levels off for me and inhibits me from making a better stage. Speaking of which, I can’t have quicksand, water, and lava tiles in my levels? How did that thought never cross their mind in development?! We’re still missing original enemies... this might be a lot so I’m not really mad but maker needs customizable enemies like bullet bros or cursed yoshis lol idk 😆. I agree with everything stated in this video, we need an update and some fixes. Give us a mix and match theme selection, I would personally love to make stuff like an ice or lava/ moon cave or a dessert oasis. One last thought: “refreshing levels” need to be freaking banned, the crap is annoying and the popularity behind it, I personally find dumb as hell. Thanks to anyone who read this far, maybe tell me what you think.
You lost me at banning levels. Just because you don't like something that doesn't mean it should be banned. However an option to filter out levels you don't want to play is good.
@@DR--- ok yeah that’s fair enough but it feels often like those levels are waaayy to appreciated, what I mean by that is the fact that there are more likes on something that’s bound to give someone a seizure than there are actual likes on fun, creative, and innovative levels with amazing gimmicks and actual gameplay that isn’t just holding down to ground pound and watching a whole bunch of flashing lights and listening to obnoxious sound effects that quite frankly give not just me but other people headaches. Yeah I’m aware I don’t have to play these levels but for the sake of my point you can see how annoying that must be for an actual creator trying to make levels that should be appreciated but just aren’t noticed by the MM2 community because of some ridiculous level that too many people seem to have some sort of “fetish” for. I say fetish in a figurative sense not literally. Just saying, take a look at the amount of refreshing levels you see in the popular tab at the top 100 and then come talk to me. But overall, yes a filter would be better in the case that we might not be able to ban levels. Thanks for listening.
My personal biggest nitpick is some of the music. Why do the desert and forest themes in SMB3 just use the ground theme music instead of original music? Why is the SMB1 boss music just from SMB3 instead of something like 8-bit recreations of the All-Stars SMB1 boss music? Also my idea for an improved scroll-stop is making it its own placeable object. It'd be adjustable in size much like semi-solid platforms, with the minimum size being the exact size of the screen. Thinking about it, this could allow for things like not needing walls to stop the screen from scrolling, or maybe having you lock in an area by walking into where the scroll-stop is placed. I dunno, what do you think?
It would be so easy to just make it so that downloaded levels couldn't be uploaded even if they were edited. That way you could still study and pick apart other people's levels, but couldn't just copy and reupload them.
A nitpick i had since SMM 1 is the ability to place/remove decoration floor, walls and ceilings. Things like flowers in grass, bushes, decorative clouds, tripophobic airship semisolids, etc...
Also I wish there was a regular bowser in 3DW. (I read somewhere that you unlock it add the end of story mode, it was a lie lol) (also on that note, they should’ve had more unlockables in 3dw, maybe just powerups
My biggest problem with the game? It doesn't support a USB mouse. There are titles on the Switch that can use a mouse (like Smile Basic 4), so the system can handle it. That would make game creation in docked mode a lot easier.
I really wish we could stack arrows on semisolids and offset arrows. Also, I wish in the editor, we could control the initial on/off switch state when playtesting. Would save sooo much time when playtesting for complex contraptions, especially troll levels. Edit: forgot about a separate track mode. Making contraptions with complicated tracks is annoying
@@BountyMaster456 That means to place arrow signs half a block off the grid. It's kinda hard to describe, but it's something like stacking an enemy on a big muncher to offset it
@@UltraAryan10 I actually don't think that'll be a good idea, since level data are stored by the grid positions and not enabling grid would take up too much memory. Ans disabling the grid will make the levels very messy
@@tl_h_ Level data is actually not stored by grid positions, the game works fine with stacking them out of grid. Also I said quater positions, which will probably not be that bad.
My biggest nitpick of this game is that for some reason they put things exclusive to some styles and you could only use it in only that style. Like you cannot put Porcupuffers on Galoombas on other styles bc "It's exclusive"
Someone in the smm2 Reddit found a way to make a website which allows the user to input an ID and see not only how many boos the level has but a bunch of other info like how many versus rounds have been played on it. He does it by using his switch and having it always connected to the website so it might not work yet
Speaking of the Super World naming scheme - I don't think anyone would want to be called 'Traditional' just to have a world called 'Super Traditional World'.
My two biggest gripes was how early they killed this game off and how underwhelming Super Worlds were. Like, you can't even make branching paths in it.
One of my nitpicks about this video (and others when applicable) is that you mention a SMM3 as if it's guaranteed to happen. Still love your videos though :D
My nitpicks : *In the 3d world style, you can have banzai bills shoot out from the background, but not the cat banzai bills. If you try to do it by starting the regular banzai bill middle section and try to change it, it will make you unable to change it. *You Can't put galoombas and goombuds in the Smb1, Smb3, Nsmbu and sm3dw style, and you Can't put goombas and goombrats in the smw style. *There are no banzai bill launchers. *Fire bros are exclusive to the sm3dw style even though they were in smb3. *Porcupuffers are exclusive to the sm3dw style even though they were in smw and nsmbu. *You Can't put enemies on tracks if they have a key in them. *The world maps are way too small. *The smb1 final boss theme is the exact same as the smb3 one. *That clear condition where you Can't use any swinging claws are exclusive to story mode. *There is no clear condition where you should not collect a coin. *There is no clear condition where you Can't defeat a enemy. *There is no clear condition where you have to hit a certain number of bricks, ? Blocks, ! Blocks or hidden blocks. *Most nightime backgrounds is the star-like background. *There is no door where it changes the game style once you go inside it. *The sm3dw style is not 3d. *The cursed key is exclusive to the smb1 style. *You Can't pick up objects in the smb1 style, unless you are in Smb2 form. *You Can't slide down slopes in the smb1 style. *There is no weird mushroom, it was fun since you could jump even higher. *There is no way to record your voice and make it into a sound effect, which makes sense since the Switch does not have a microphone.
Another nitpick is that in multiplayer versus, only levels with flagpoles let you lose the match but still get the flagpole in order to not lose as many points. If you get SMW, SMB3, or a castle with an axe, if you lose you're guaranteed to lose more points.
I don’t like how some stuff is limited to backgrounds, Conkdors can be seen in the background of 3D world’s desert theme and in Mario U underwater there is a Cheep chomp in the background Sometimes but you can’t Even use those kinds of stuff in the maker, Even the stone and the Toad are locked Behind the story mode it’s weird Why add them in the Game as backgrounds or the story mode but not in the maker
i disagree with the scroll stop one just because if just having a wall floor and ceiling meet created scroll stop, itd create scroll stops where people may not want it, like if you wanted the edge of your screen to have 2 or 3 blocks. I think the current system is the best they could do without having a scroll stop object or something, which may be harder to use. It isnt great, but i think a lot of the scroll stop issues have more to do with Mario makers tiny level sizes than anything.
Not really a nitpick but I would like the leaderboards to reset every week/month or so instead of having the no.1 always staying as no.1 (DSteves). This can encourage people to fight for that no.1 and not always have the same players hogging the top of the leaderboards thus meaning that people (especially those who can't play the game 24/7) may a hard time being able to get the costumes due to the fact that the leaderboard (unlike in many other games) don't reset. Let's be real here, no one's is gonna sit down and try to do like 10K easy levels lol from scratch as they'll most likely never catch up. Also means that the no.1 will have to put in a lot of effort to maintain that position as opposed to being able to sit back and keep it for a while because most players will simply not bother to try and beat it (too unrealistic for them).
My biggest nitpick is whenever I want to play a level in the 3D World style, I have to stroll for eternity to find one that isn't a refreshing special level.
Hi Odyssey, is there any chance to tell us when the next time when you play are maker levels is? I usually miss them, so it would be nice to plan ahead. But you do they randomly, that's fine.
My nitpick: mpvs, when you finish the level you can rate them boo, meh or like the, if you like them, it doesnt go to the "liked" folder. Its annoying.
About the boo count, I make very difficult levels, and my most popular has nearly 500 plays (and one clear, I might add). It has like 30 likes, making an ~1:15.667 like:play ratio. I would LOVE to see the boos, and I know that there is a way to check them, but I won’t be able to, so it’s unfortunate for me. Also, it only shows likes on super worlds. This is worse because you can’t see a play:like ratio. What if you see a super world with 500 likes? It would seem good. You wouldn’t be able to tell; what if it has 10000 plays?
I really hat how bowser breathes fire of screen, like I have a timer challenge where you need to survive bowser until you get the key but then he breathes his stupid fire in my other platforming sections
Predictions before watching: (Idk if these are 100% accurate but they’re what I remember being the case) -can’t stack pipes anymore -can’t throw an item upward and grab it while spinning in mario world anymore -the zone you just can’t place blocks inside of in the editor that’s only there cuz of multiplayer -dark water levels (And some personal ones) -there’s no option to add just a single level to your super world without overwriting your existing uploaded one entirely -there’s no zero coins or zero powerups clear condition -there’s no option to set a clear condition for multiple boss enemies -the angry sun in nsmbu is ugly but idrc cuz it sucks -the angry sun sucks
Hey so there's something I noticed which you didn't seem to. Along as you don't place anything on the top half of the level, then you can just stop the walls at the top of the bottom screen
Has nobody noticed the select tool in the editor is super annoying? You need to change the zoom in order to select more blocks, which is still okay… but why the heck is the select limit literally 1 block less than an entire screen?
my biggest nitpick is that 3D World has its own section, but is the only game within that section.. like, the least they could've done was add Galaxy or something..
Here's mine: Spike Hitboxes Airship Scrolling Add An Uncleared Endless Mode The Don't touch the ground feature is a good idea but it should be broken if you press the jump button. I can't tell you how finicky it is when I make it through a level and it loses it because of going too fast or something. Being able search for specific items in the game. Like sometimes I want to play a level with red coins but there's no way to search for it. Having required clear conditions allowed to be in hidden blocks. I get there can be smart ways around this, but most of the horrible levels have hidden requirements with no clues in it. Note blocks and claws need to be reprogrammed. They always eat my jump. Downloading the levels again. RESTART FROM CHECKPOINT. I wish theyd just do more updates. There are tons of enemies, power ups, and ideas they can to Mario Maker still.
Personally, my biggest problem with the game was the touch screen. You know; the VERY thing that made editing so STREAMLINED? I tried using a stylus but it just wouldn’t work. And on top my copy of the game not getting the Koopaling update for NO reason at ALL, it honestly in my opinion made the first game my preference. But for all I know these issues could be exclusive to my copy of the game.🤔 Hell, I literally had look up how unlock them and it was HARDLY any help at all!
I don't think invisible dislikes are bad, they could be used to make creator sad. Imagine you are making a level and putting so much effort, only to get dislikes from bots/trolls.
My biggest nit-pick for this game is probably the fact that they have certain course elements/clear conditions in story mode that, for whatever reason, aren't in the normal level editor

4:45 bro that comment caught me so off guard
I have my own nitpick. The fact that you can start over once hitting the checkpoint. Every pro SMM2 player has done this at least once and it can be annoying, especially on difficult levels (that actually have checkpoints). I think we should be able to toggle this on/off in the case of if you need it for a level you’re grinding to have the start over button show, or to have it not show when doing difficult levels that have them
@DarkCoreX that’s actually very true, tbh I think you should be able to toggle it on and off
I swear, Super Worlds are such missed potential. I wish you could have at least 10 different world themes instead of 8, just in case you have a custom theme/ boss rush theme. There should also be up to 8 levels per world, there have been so many times I wanted to include a mini boss but I couldn’t due to the level limit.
That’s SO true though! Seriously I would like to make my own mid-world tower levels or ghost houses just for a traditional sake.

but...if we had a restart from checkpoint I wouldn't be able to watch Carl and friends suffer through grueling anti-softlocks.
Im still surprised that Odyssey central only has 82.5k subs, his efforts and quality of his vids deserve more subs
My personal nitpicks:
*Spikes should be Snow Spikes in the snow theme.
*The Bulls Eye Banzais in the 3D World theme should be called Cat Banzai Bills.
*Red Cheep Cheeps should be the default version instead of green ones.
*Better angry sun design for NSMBU (the Mario Kart Wii design would have been the best imo)
*Why unnecessarily change the name from Koopa Clown Car to Junior Clown Car in Mario U style? Why not just call it “Clown Car” in all styles.
*Red Pow Blocks should be able to float in the air, like in 3D World, rather than have gravity like the blue ones.
*Change the Mario U checkpoint flag back to rectangle like in Mario Maker 1. Also give us 8 rotation directions for them again.
*Why can’t blinking blocks blink in double time like in Galaxy 2 and 3d world

I’m a big fan of the song, definitely gonna be using it a lot!
Better yet, stop making them time sensitive in the first place. Just have an official Nintendo account to house them all after they're released.

Regarding Super Worlds, I'd love to see the ability to change the overworld theme. I don't know why Super Mario World is the only option for the overworld.
Same I kind of get why they don’t have NSMBU or 3DW but at least SMB3 and SMB (not saying I don’t want NSMBU theme though)
Probably because they did not have time to finish it, its such a basic change they should have made an update for it but they seemed to be in such a rush to leave the office that we will probably have to wait for MM3

Or just add automatic credit to a reuploaded level, like Scratch
Your upload schedule is fine don't worry about it. Quality over quantity
6:27
Looks like someone else is also trained in the ways of crappy internet humor
Bazinga, my man
My least favorite thing is that you can't upload an edited version of a level you already uploaded. I wanted to make a bonus world out of special versions of previous levels in the world, like in 3D land and world, but even after editting it it says it was already uploaded, meaning I would have to recreate the level 1 for 1 and then edit it.
I know that feel. I found a softlock in one of my levels and had to reupload it.
Literally this. There are so many levels of my super world that I want to go back and fix or remake but I never saved a copy of them in the coursebot and I honestly don't feel like spending all that time re-creating 30+ levels
Hi Odyssey,
This is MegaOOF Boi here.

6:00 OMG THANK YOU!! I hate that so much ._.
My Least Favorite Thing About MM2 Is That There's Exclusive Items In The Story Mode, Just, Why

I have over 1,600 hours in this game and I love it but it could’ve been SO much better. I have so many problems with this game it’s insane.
Yes I agree even though I haven’t watched the video cause I love your videos Odyssey Central and I would donate if I wasn’t poor.
It would be so easy to just make it so that downloaded levels couldn't be uploaded even if they were edited. That way you could still study and pick apart other people's levels, but couldn't just copy and reupload them.
That’s exactly how they were in the original, still no idea why Nintendo removed them :/
2:06 You're consistently inconsistent. Therefore consistent.
there should be a scrollstop block that overlaps wherever, so you could just have open air stopping you, like the end of a level
What do you mean by offset arrows? Don’t think I’ve heard of that yet, or I’m just misunderstanding sorry.
@@BountyMaster456 That means to place arrow signs half a block off the grid. It's kinda hard to describe, but it's something like stacking an enemy on a big muncher to offset it
@@tl_h_ They should just add a Grid Mode option, it is enabled by default but can be disabled to perhaps quarter-positions
Please give us the option to undo boos. I booed one of my friend's levels back in 2019 by accident, and it sucks that I can't undo it.
It’s funny how ODYSSEY central says his top 2 most played switch game isn’t Mario odyssey

I enjoyed this. Finally somebody pointing out the bs in MM2
One of my nitpicks about this video (and others when applicable) is that you mention a SMM3 as if it's guaranteed to happen. Still love your videos though :D
My nitpicks :
*In the 3d world style, you can have banzai bills shoot out from the background, but not the cat banzai bills.
Personally, I think that it is a crime that they don’t have an infinite time option.
AGREED (but only if there’s a restart from checkpoint button because then you’d have to restart every level from scratch after a soft lock)
Yeah, and why not have an option to restart from the checkpoint, instead of the begining, if you softlocked yourself with no way out in a level.
Iván Franco he literally Said that in his video
@@____David yeah but it’s such a needed thing that it seems essential to anyone who knows the pain of a softlock after a checkpoint.
Ikr, that’s kinda what I thought when I saw that big blue fish in NSMB U’s game style.
I Think That Was A Porcupuffer
i disagree with the scroll stop one just because if just having a wall floor and ceiling meet created scroll stop, itd create scroll stops where people may not want it, like if you wanted the edge of your screen to have 2 or 3 blocks. I think the current system is the best they could do without having a scroll stop object or something, which may be harder to use. It isnt great, but i think a lot of the scroll stop issues have more to do with Mario makers tiny level sizes than anything.

Guys get him to 100K I really want to see that moon ranking vid!
My big nitpick is the removal of diagonal checkpoints.
4:50 What is that comment on the left? I’ve never seen anything like that.
I love he goes over the fact that he randomly got Mayro's super world and just ignores it
My nitpick: mpvs, when you finish the level you can rate them boo, meh or like the, if you like them, it doesnt go to the "liked" folder. Its annoying.
I like the dedication - still demanding dry bones after sakuri has left
One thing that annoys me about the Mario world theme is yoshi’s arms are green!
“Drop everything that you are doing, Odyssey has a new upload!”

The Don't touch the ground feature is a good idea but it should be broken if you press the jump button.
