  • Join me for a 20 Minute Standing Pilates Lower Body Workout, no equipment needed. This session will tone your thighs, sculpt your legs, flatten the tummy and lift the booty. A super way to start the day, and a great way to take a break from work and enjoy some standing exercise to challenge your body and boost your wellbeing.

    This is a fusion of two of my most popular standing sessions; we've re-edited the videos, brightened the colours and improved the sound as much as we can for your enjoyment. I also thought these were two workouts that worked really well together as a 20 minute session. Hope you enjoy them too.
