Great video fella that your mate in the camo jacket is amazingly handsome and rugged 😉 but on a serious note I stayed awake through the hole video footage was great content bang on and time just reyt home we can film more in the future get back to some more great adventures we both need to loose weight and get elfy but as they say the hardest step is through the front door. If we make a effort to get out and chill more we can get there. I know your too big a man to talk to someone professional about ya mental elf but after staying awake long enough to watch past 5 mins in ya next video I see your talking is to your followers and subscribers... don't like the public blarb but if it works for you then I'll support you... Spot on that mate ….if you like hiking or walking it’s the best thing to do to lose weight….I lost 2 stone last year through lockdowns …only thing is since starting back part furloughed in June to September put a stone back on ….lorry driving I think does that …all the best bud merry Xmas and an happy new year from near you …..allerton bywater….👍🍺

I got very upset when you said you were fat .... we know what stress dose to us and our bodies and to me that 3 letter word should be banned ..... back in the summer I was heavier than you and I have now lost 45kg/7 stone and my mental health is NOT rock bottom now .... hope you and family had a quite Xmas take care and keep up the vlogs
