Re your Generator * Make sure the batteries are always trickle charged. That controller should report that as well. You can also get a remote RS485 / serial over network connector and a remote console. Do that and put a remote console in Terry's office - so that it can be remotely controlled/monitored

Daniel try Go Skydive located at Old Sarum Airfield, in Salisbury. I am 6’7” and weigh 115kg. They managed to accommodate me and my instructor Ryan was awesome and had done over 8000 jumps. Can highly recommend them.

I think your rail yard adviser has screwed up with how the concrete has been butted up to the rail and covered over the rail fixings. Your bring in fully loaded wagons, and over time the tops of the rails will flatten out. What happens when you need to replace the rails? Just a thought...
How does the track handle rocks. The yard i worked on had multiple holes in walls from rocks turning into litteraly bullets from getting pinched between the rock surface and a hard place like a wheel.
I am shocked that your contractor is pouring concrete in the daytime in Dubai. Here in Abu Dhabi at this time of year we only pour at night. I would really have a look at that concrete it is way to warm for daytime pouring
