One of the reasons Daniel is so successful. He's not greedy and helps out others despite getting burned before. Absolute class act. Love seeing the banter with Chris Barry from BHB!
I'm jumping out of my skin with excitement for the move and the new yard. I know it's stressful, but it will happen and will be amazing! Good luck!!!!!
Cant wait because in 7 weeks time it will be the 200th episode 18th Augest 2024 but on the 13th October 2024 it will officially be 4 years of Ashville weekly dam where has the time gone love the video time for a cuppa whilst I watch
Big up Ashville, Big Daniel, Big up Frighty and the the video team, The content has always been top quality, But now every week Ashville Weekly, and all other videos are just next level, Thanks.
As dryliner myself i like the way you working at the refurbishment project… it’s really nice to see some manager doing the things right and not rushing and making it difficult for the other trades

It was good seeing Welderfabber explaining all the stuff they're doing too - another huge plus seeing this stuff in the videos too. Good on Coyle Haulage for helping out - not sure if this was a freebee to help Daniel out or a paid hire but still great advertising for them and also Chris with his blatant lorry parking and accosting Daniels materials 😂😂 that was brilliant!

How does the track handle rocks. The yard i worked on had multiple holes in walls from rocks turning into litteraly bullets from getting pinched between the rock surface and a hard place like a wheel.
Benji posted comments on the episode he was last seen in to say he was already gone by the time it went live. Read them yourself and judge. Employers never comment in detail on departing staff by name without their blessing. It's up to the individual to clue us in if they choose.
@@eliassibiloane8287 Sorry. I didn't note down a number. As I said, it would be the one containing his final uploaded appearance so maybe four weeks ago. Another one or two episodes before that (remember there is a two week delay from recording to airing) Daniel had made a remark about having to let an unnamed team member go because they hadn't improved on some reliability(?) behaviour. I don't recall Dan's exact wording but, an episode or so later, this benji(?) account posted a reply to a complimentary comment that, "Thanks" but he had already gone from there. I did personally wonder about what was said earlier but still there's nothing to say he didn't just find a better position. No real proof his leaving wasn't his own idea. The sacking may have been some unnamed driver that has never appeared on camera. Possibly the one who went to a job site in sandals or whatever around the same time.
Daniel try Go Skydive located at Old Sarum Airfield, in Salisbury. I am 6’7” and weigh 115kg. They managed to accommodate me and my instructor Ryan was awesome and had done over 8000 jumps. Can highly recommend them.
YES. I have learned “no good deed goes unpunished” long ago and have seen it happen to others so many times, and I keep telling people that are new that they’re better off not taking those jobs, even if they are hard up for cash. Unfortunately people don’t believe me.
I’m in the US, is there any access to that ceiling AC unit in the refurbishment job? What happens when that unit goes down? Also, at the yard, are you going to have a special sweeper to get all the stone out of the low channel in the track concrete?
Ref the refurbishment project with the 2 unvented hot water cylinders, you need to be careful if you are piping up to use both in parallel as you can end up just drawing off 1 unit ! Might be better to use one as a preheated supply into the second cylinder, this would give you the full 600 ltr of Dhw.
Also Daniel I would brief everyone on UA-cam auditors they turn up to poke the bear and get reactions so be careful. It can be really positive for a business if the staff understand. I know you are on their lists of people to visit. Smile chat and get on because they film everything. You might have to put Terry on a chain this time lol.
Hi Daniel. On the Skydiving topic, try giving Skydive Buzz a call. They are in Devon so not very close to London but they will take heavier clients and I believe 1 of the highest jumps in the UK.
Regarding the Tandem jump. You are too heavy, at your weight you would need a military class chute. But : book the first part of an AFF (Accelerated Free Fall) course without the optional tandem jump. The Levels 1-3 are you jumping with your own parachute accompanied by two teachers. It can be done in one weekend and jumping on your own is much more fun than being a strapped on weight. And if you like it do the last 4 Levels and you can have your own parachuting license.
Also two weeks before and through the six weeks of school holidays affects every business out there Daniel. It’s very slow until everyone returns to being focused again. The phones will ring after that you just wait and see.
Drilling concrete then hammering a nail into that holes new to me looked like it gets a good fix though plus its on a bit of shuttering so i wont moan too much
you see hurcane beryl is coming in the caribbean categorie 4, the only 3 island are safe ,the ABC island is outside di hurcane belt great for investors .
Daniel, have you taken into account the drainage of rainwater between rails? Should it freeze and there is water between the rails, there could be a problem.
Another entertaining vlog. Btw, where does Daniel get his black ribbed pullovers from?

The good old chrestic resistive loadbank, 0.8 power factor heat load, load injection/rejection and heat run testing, glad it’s passed its loadbank testing
800KVA and 650KW means a power factor of 0.81. On a resistive load like some load banks I'd be expecting higher KW. Generally a power factor closer to 0.95 is used. Should be closer to 760KW with a more realistic power factor. Unsure of your exact calculations though, but the PF seems low.
11:05 No Bussines postpone or make decisions based on the results of the elections. All businesses want to serve their clients the best they can and will adapt to what's after if there is any change. The biggest one might be the cost of £, which will reflect on import prices, but other than that, nothing is going to change for months if Conservatives would be not re-elected.

hi Daniel. Now seen Welderfabber job done from both channels. Looking at yesterday from tomorrow as well from history! Great videos.
