I am literally flabbergasted by this tool. I am 46 years old, so there was a time when I used curling irons every day. (80s) I quit and started wearing my hair curly like you see it in my picture since I was about 24 and still wear it this way. I rarely blow out straight, maybe once or twice a year and then I still don't curl it!! I HATED and never used a curling iron all these years. I even bought one that is still in the box to use on some Bellamis I bought and never did!!
That is changing today! I'm going to buy one right after work! Thank you, Angie!!! xo

I'm glad you found a tool that's easy for you to use and produces great results. I just learned "on fleek" from my 18 y/o daughter the other day too. She said it means "on point." Aka another way of saying perfect or very good. Angie's hair is definitely on fleek!

I got one! I am in love with it! My hair is thick and I like that you can use as big a sections as you want with it. I can curl my hair in 10 mins or less!! And it always comes out great! Thanks for the review!

Thank you! I was all jazzed about my Conair Curl Secret but tired of getting hair caught, and couldn't start the curl high enough. I like Shirley Temple curls because curl always relaxes and falls looser (does on me anyway). I love that it curls in both directions and doesn't cost $100+! Hey Angie, I keep wanting to tell you that I just LOVE how you look with the top layer of your hair pulled back and the rest loose...whether straight or curled...very flattering on you. It's cool (whatever that word you said!) JLo wears hers that way often enough on American Idol :) Thanks for all your effort into your channel, you are SUPER. ~ Jeanne

I saw this at Walmart yesterday and almost bought it, although I was looking for the (sold out) InStyler. Since I'd never heard of it, I put it back. Now that I've read your review, I'll give it a try. I have an old set of hot rollers but the results are too poofy and eighties looking. This looks so easy and gives much softer results. I agree with earlier reviewer who said you seem to be aging "younger." Your eyes are definitely improving.

Thank you so much for the mature hair videos. So far the biggest drag I've experienced from aging is the loss of volume and shine in my hair. It's gotten fine and brittle and flat and frizzy??!! I'm totally challenged with round brush so I have in and bought the John Frieda dryer brush thing and it has been AWESOME!!! Can't wait to try the other tools you have liked. Thank you for sharing your struggle, it is so hard to find info for 40+ and you are great!!!❤️

Never have I seen a hair curling device so innovative! It's brilliant. I am a roller kind of girl because I always hurt myself with curling wands or irons. Also even with heat protectant spray heavily applied, it is just too damaging. I use deep conditioners and am really gentle and careful but when I saw a mark going across a swathe of hair by my face, that was it for me. No more hot tools. I never ever have even used a high setting! I just really do believe over time it just really damages your ends because so many movie stars have their own hair pretty long and then they chop it all off. Miley doesn't count.

Girl from Canada here, hello Angie and everyone! I am so happy to have subscribed to your channel - your tutorials & reviews are both insightful and helpful (not to mention budget-friendly); I've discovered we are hair twins! Based on your recs I did buy the Marc Anthony bye bye frizz shampoo & the Matrix Biologe fibre strong conditioner and am now experiencing less breakage (thank you!). I too am hair challenged and just about own every hair product out there...2 hot tool irons (I'm uncoordinated), InfinitiPro Conair (the vacuum-type wand - seems to be damaging the ends of my hair or could be that my hair is aging and the chamber is too hot), John Frieda hot air brush (great but meh...just plain straight hair) & the Infiniti Pro-Conair Auto spin brush (too big and seemed to grab other pinned down fine hairs which lead to a tangled mess)...enter your review of the KISS InstaWave product based on your recommendation and I am loving it! Bought it at Walmart on SALE (seemed to be a lot of people bringing it back. I am thinking that they were expecting results of the girl on the box that the product came in - full very curly beauty-queen style bouffant hair whereas this tool gives you more of a full, bouncy, natural curl/wave which I LOVE and is light in weight, super quick and easy to use). Sorry this post is so long - I am just very grateful & can't say enough good things about this channel...whether you are in your 20's or 60's! I do just have one question, as it wasn't mentioned or used in your tutorial, when you spray the guardian angel spray, do you comb the hair & wait for it to dry, then curl or do you curl while it is still damp from the spray? If anyone knows, I would greatly appreciate your feedback!

This sure does look easy, but I think I still prefer the InStyler b/c it does both curl and smooth. I don't have the issue with it rotating in only one direction, I think it's because I switch hands so it's always rotating the same way. Great demo. Your hair looks fabulous. xoxo

Wow! It curls so quick and easily. Thanks for the review & demo. I am curious if your daughters like it and came up with some fun ways to use it for formal hair styles? Thanks for sharing!

You are wise. I have only boys, so the only issues I have is them making "potions" with beauty products or using makeup for "zombie faces" and such. :0)

I just watched your Instyler videos and now this. Did you know the Instyler has the Max version now that rotates both ways? I have the one that is also Wet to Dry.
I'm tempted to try the Kiss but I should try to curl with the Instyler first. I don't want to spend more! I've only used the Instyler for straightening with a little flip at the bottom. I love that it's quick even on thick and lots of hair.

Okay, I lied. Went shopping at midnight on amazon and saw it for $28.49, so I clicked the Buy button. I rather like that I wouldn't have to twist my hair around a hot barrel with this one.

I love my Tulip but this looks a little better because you can use more hair at a time. It will be interesting to see how it does on my thick hair.
