True!! Sadly I learned this lesson after being hit with a Divorce because he couldn't kill me. Turns out my ex husband and his family was working witchcraft on me throughout the marriage. Looking a blood sacrifice to gain fortune. Thank God I became a Christian shortly after getting married to him hence they would have killed me in the spiritual realm which would result in physical death. All this Hell I went through because of rushing into a marriage with a man I barely knew or thought I knew enough of. I still paying the price though he gone as I face fierce spiritual attacks that I believe they are sending the evil spirits to attack me. I am victorious through Jesus Christ.

A prophetic lady I watch on UA-cam “A CHange is Coming” said that God still considers her first husband to be her husband. Her first husband actually killed her child but in God’s eyes that is still her husband. She said that it is not God’s will for them to be together any longer but she can’t remarry. It sucks. But obeying God has eternal benefits. You have to look at how your decisions will affect you eternally. Being a Christian is not easy. You have to die to your flesh everyday. But heaven is beyond beautiful and that is what we’re striving for! So be obedient.

*MY TESTIMONY* My bf and I had been together for 4 years and he is everything that I need he has a heart for God and God's people. What's funny is a little over 4 years ago I prayed and asked God to send me a friend(Godly) I struggled with myself and felt very lonely I just wanted to have someone who I can talk to about God because I wanted to know more about him. I had a mental list of the things that I'd like in a friend and when i tell you a few months after praying about it I went and visited a new church it was bible study night and I went with my mom and sisters. And there he was teaching bible study. What's crazy is I didn't look at his outer appearance though he is very handsome but I was looking at his spirit and it was beautiful it's like our spirits connected right at that moment( and when I looked at him the first thing that came to my mind was "husband" lol four years later we are dating working on becoming engaged and his story matches mine almost to the T even with the list and all and he also said he prayed that God would send him a wife and he wrote a list of the attributes that he would like and I have all those lol. Moral of the story is to seek the kingdom of God first and God will add on the rest. Ps he still is THE GREATEST MATCHMAKER❤

So true.. I became weak to men's garbage in my life, do to not having a father in my life and seeing my mom dealing with all the type of wrong men in her life and as i got older, i had seen myself doing the same thing. I was always a lover of God but i didnt know how to live holy and do to my mom, i was so weak over men. But it took a nonstop flow for me to get stronger for God, i didnt stop and i refused to stop building a relationship with God no matter the sin i was dealing with. It was oneday, i was so tired of me living the same life as my mom, i stoold my back against yhe wall and started crying asking God why it seemed i couldnt get it right with him, no matter what i still fell into some kind of lustful temptation. However, i had got pregnant by m ex i knew for yrs and he had turned my life up side down in the past and he told me he change, which he didnt and i got pregnant. All of a sudden i felt this need to want to please God for blessing me with a child at 34. I started focusing on what was best for me and my child and that was leaving the gather completely and starting over with God and doing whatever i needed too in order to be the child of God i needed to be. It was hard and challenging at first, but by yhe time i had my son, i kid you not, God delivered me from every demon i was fighting with and i now ti this day is going on almost 6 yrs being without any sex and my relationship with God is so much better. When i was pregnant i prayed so much for God to help me be better for my son. I prayed over my stomach so generational curses would not affect my child and my son praises God without me needing to say anything. Please those of you that is trying to be better with God, dont give up bc your deliverance will come...PRAISE GOD AND STAY BLESSED

Being broken in the inside will have you in some crazy situations. Born and raised in the church but never took God word serious until I hit my mid thirties. I knew the ways of living in sin could eventually take me out but I gambled against my salvation. I've been married a couple times and they ended in divorce.. Getting beat half to death, adultery and just not living according to his word. I tried marriage again but it's been nothing but backlash and once again beatings... We must obey the word of God and really give our lives to Christ. You'll find yourself on that same rollercoaster each time. We're not God and can't love a broken person back together... Give it all to God and do your best to live for God.

Seeking counsel is definitely biblical, you do need to be careful of who you go to (should be saved and born again, God's given us discernment to notice such), and pray on any advice the give you. God has put pastors and leaders in place for a reason. He's also given us wisdom to make good decisions. Proverbs 11:14. If we aren't to seek counsel then, who are the many counselors this scripture talks about. When Moses appointed men to lead the 1000, 100 and 10s, was it not to deal with problems and issues? This may have been the Israelites and not the church but it's a picture of order. What was Paul doing in the majority of the new testament if not giving advice.
Woah wait a minute what is the five fold ministry? They're overseer s right! a pastor watches out for your soul because that is his or her's responsibility. In the multitude of counselors there is safety that is in Proverbs so yes God will use a second set of eyes to give Godly advice but ultimately God has the final say so we know God looks at the heart but come on really would you go into a situation blindly and not consult with anyone who has your best interest at heart and at least listen to their opinion? Pastors, Apostles, prophets, evangelist, teachers bring all people to Christ, back to God. He is our king, our councilor, our Doctor.....and so much more. There is no second set of eyes, no wiser set of eyes (it's not biblical). King Salomon (the wise king), read his story if you do not believe. Put all your trust in God , Do not reject Him.

My problem was being single so many years and waiting on God for the right person. It was alright when I had the church support. But the church doesnt realize how lonely the walk can be when you're single and away from home. If you don't have the people in church to hang out with, who else will you hang out with? Whether saved or not people still need a support group (family, friends, church).
Pray and bind that spirit of loneliness. Ask Jesus to fill your heart so being by yourself won't matter, but what will matter is your relationship with Him. The Bible says you are not alone, that other believers are going through what you are going through. God created the Heavens and Earth, how much more will He do for His children? He can make your mate appear out of thin air, it's nothing for Him to do. Sometimes we need time in the "wilderness" so God can work out the things He needs to work out in us. He's not going to send you someone if that person will become an idol in your life. I know how you feel, keeping your focus on the things above, get involved in something for the Kingdom. Learn who you are through the eyes of Christ. Shalom.

When you are in the military away from family and friends your choices can be limited. Out of that 7 billion, how many are people are really truly righteous and saved? Not many. it took me 3 years to leave my ex. I put him b4 god in everything so god left me to him and he used me and beat me up all the time. For me it was normal to have black eyes. We went to marriage counseling we got married we have now been together for 20 years I've been married for 18 and it's still work oh, yes it is LOL and there were lot of things we had to go back and correct separately and collectively but we're still moving forward and still working at things and this time we're Allowing God to lead us and not we ourselves. I had that second set of eyes before all 5 marriages. Between my parents and my pastors, no one got it right including myself. I've been honest at all times with the spouses and counselors. Don't rely on anyone's advice because they all gave me their blessings. Now I say, if you see a red flag, it's going to be 10 times worse after marriage. While no one is perfect, never ever ignore those red flags because that's the Holy Spirit warning you that that trouble is not going away! Yes, all of the divorces were even okayed by my pastors. The Devil is a real deceiver! He will wreck you if you ignore those red flags in the name of no one is perfect and I've been approved by a second set of eyes and my pastor. Just saying...

This is the BEST advice. I know I’ve made some terrible decisions and I’ve been in relationships with people that would tell me terrible things and do terrible things to me. It took me many years to hear god and to know Jesus. But here I am a walking testimony. God is good.
There are more toxic relationships than ever because even believers have gotten away from God, and live by a "pick and choose" Biblical belief. It's not easy to follow Jesus, but it's SO worth it. We Need to work on ourselves first with God, before adding someone else into the mix.

This video confused me because i been married for 12 years and my husband is lukewarm christian and i want to pursue God's will i even came to the conclusion to get divorced because its hard to grow in Christ when your spouse doesnt want too but reading the bible God doesn't like divorces and he doesn't allow us to remarry until one has passed because we will be committing adultery if we remarry when your spouse still alive, I think Marcus has been married a few times (for reading in a few comments) , I'm a newly Christian and i am confused because my husband and i came to a conclusion years ago to get a divorce and there's something that wont allowed that to happen and now that i accept Christ and experience the holy spirit and my husband hasn't and really dont care much about it ITS EXTREMELY HARD, but i have met hardcore christian women that had been in my shoes and now their spouses are great men of God, they advised me to keep praying and to have faith in God and allow Him to do his work in my marriage, it can take time (it took them years) but God knows why and why he put me in my husband's life and to remember that God will reward me in heaven for fighting for what he unite, my husband and i .... so now I'm confused, can we get remarry then? 🤔

To answer your question, once married wheather before becoming a Christian or as a Christian you are married for life until death Romans 7. People may get a divorce but kn God's eyes you are not divorced just committing adultery. I went to my pastor and he messed my marriage up. I have left that church. Not all pastors are spiritual enough to give Godly counsel. It's some evil leaders out to separate couples. They are the devil's agents and advocates. Now I'm not at any church. Just praying to God for direction.
I had a woman once who I loved to the point of obsession. One night I had a "prophetic dream" about her. The only way I can describe a prophetic dream is it looks like 4k quality (to the point you will remember it your entire life) compared to normal dreams. In my dream my woman was there on a throne looking like a goddess. I kneeled down before her throne and told her I loved her and she said to me "I love to love other men". It was like God was showing me I loved this woman more than I loved myself or God even.

In my opinion I believe marriages, especially in this end times will always have an element of toxicity at some stage. There's a reason the apostle Paul advised Christians against getting married not because marriage itself is a bad thing (He who finds a wife finds a good thing) but it's as a result of it's complexities and complications that come with it. And the enemy is going all gun's blazing against marriages these last days.

Man I made the mistake last year with bringing the wrong woman in my life! I just turned 20 this Christmas Nd I dated I woman that had I child I was 19 and I thought she was the one I was even saying that I was gonna marry her! And I even told God and too this day me and my family laugh at this but I told God in prayer that “Look God. I’ll keep it real if there’s anyone better for me I don’t want it. I’m content with what I have” and I did the complete opposite of what God would want me to do from sex to not even speaking to him for days on end. I’m glad God ended it and I moved to another state. I realized that my destiny is far more important than a woman at all.

He did do a video entitled Divorce and remarriage: Going to hell or something to that effect but if you actually listen to it, he was saying that's the opinion of the people, and he discussed things like abuse and how some expect women to stay in abusive marriage because of the sin of divorce and how he disagrees so yes. He made the video but the actual content said something else. A lot more than I added so please listen to it first. Next, the young lady says she's almost 25. Marcus is 32. Amen! Wow, this really registered.. I know for a fact that the desire for acceptance and to be loved made me look in all the wrong places. I could have saved myself 10 years of my life if I had just realized that all I needed I already had in God. However God will allow you to go down those paths to minister to others, if I hadn't fallen I wouldn't have appreciated God's grace like I do now. I wouldn't have my daughter, and he knew from the beginning that she would be the one thing that would soften my heart and bring me back to him. The lord is and will continue to take the mess of a life I have and use it for something bigger then I ever could have imagined.

They really are and they must be broken down. Im a introvert (loner) and don't like being in relationships with negative people who glorify sin. That like also feel the need to say they "don't believe in God." I learned now It's foolish if I can continue a relationship with them. God will show us our flaws and purpose. We must know these things 1st.
Well in a way thats great but in a way that can be detrimental because sometimes being around certain people can actually reveal the flaws we have within ourselves. Like pride and self righteousness and because this is text it might sound harsh but I dont mean it in that way at all. It can also be humbling and a way for you to disciple to those people like Jesus did. People like that can be a bad influence but when we continue walking in our identity in christ we come to realize that we are good influences and people need a touch of that light even if it doesnt seem like the seed landed it was still planted. :)

This video is so timely. People aren't honest about who they are while pursuing someone because they don't even know who they are. It's so imperative that you know who you are in Christ and just as a person, before seeking intimate relationship with another individual. Deal with your demons prior to because those things really can rub off on others.
