Thank you so much for this review! It was because of this, I ordered it from Costco on their $999 sale. There was a delay in shipment due to high demand but we finally got it last week and it's been great. Husband set it up easily in our basement, it's super stable and smooth, and we've been listening to music from our phones through the bluetooth. As long as everything continues to run well, highly recommended!
Do you think this model makes too much noise when the machine is running? From this video, seems it’s pretty noisy.
Great to hear! Costco always has a great warranty too, just load it in a truck and take it back for full refund

Hi there, can you tell me the step up height of the treadmill? (I.e. how many inches off the ground is the deck?) My ceiling is fairly low
Does it bother downstairs if you run on the treadmill? or does the house/room shake while running?

Is that "cranking noise" every time it goes up because of the treadmill or because of how you have it set up? Also it sounds like theres a thud sound ever time you take a step. Is that because of the treadmill?
I just saw the video as I'm interested in purchasing. However, the cranking & thud noise is making me doubt going ahead & purchasing. I found it to be very noisy

I have a 12.9 inch iPad. Will that sit on the treadmill and not slip down?

How did it go up like that and back down in the incline and decline motion? Is that one of the pre programmed buttons?
Yes there are buttons on the console as well as buttons on the side hand rails.
It sounds like it's very creaky?
No creaky sound on mine at all. But the motor is quite noisy, every time my foot hits the tread the motor sounds like it is really working. I am 200 lbs. Everything else works fine.
Sounds very noisy at some points. Is that just due to the video and room? Or is the banging that loud?
it is on 2nd floor also which may make it louder.
Our only hesitation with this is how difficult it would be to move if we want to tuck it away each time when not in use. What do you think?
You wouldn't be moving a treadmill this big. It'll have to stay in a spot you plan to keep it in

I’m also shopping treadmills, and currently considering that 1299$ deal on costco, but I’ve noticed it’s EV750 (instead of EV720), I wonder if it’s a new model since I don’t see any review of this model anywhere? By comparing costco descriptions, looks like there’s a 3rd party app bluetooth + USB charging port added on EV750…
@@ssecc Good catch! I didn't realize it was the EV720 being reviewed; it was the EV750 I had been looking for. 🙂 The noise factor was a big deterrent for me tho, as I'm on the 2nd floor of an apartment bldg.
Looks like the EV750 also has a Low maintenance cushioned deck which EV720 doesn’t have… not sure if that could help
