Cardiovascular Endurance pertains to the heart and the blood vessels. Cardiorespiratory Endurance is when the heart and lungs work together to pump oxygenated blood throughout the body.
@@ThePESpecialist I am not trying to be a jerk but this simply is the wrong term. There is no such thing as cardiovascular endurance. Cardiorespiratory refers to the endurance components that transport oxygenated blood to the body.
I don't know where to start. I am so underweight and muscle are not strong enough as I'm always working with computer. Which component is suitable for the underweights?
If you want to build muscle or just get more active I would do a search on UA-cam for "Beginner Workout No Equipment" and find one that looks fun or interesting for you - you can always modify exercises to make them easier if needed (doing less time or pushups on knees or plank instead of pushups for example)
An individual’s physical fitness and overall health are influenced by lifestyle choices (exercise, diet, sleep, stress), genetics, environment (access to resources and support), medical factors, mental health, age, and avoiding harmful substances. Balancing these factors promotes a healthier and more active life. -windyaltiche
you should be a teacher dude, are you a teacher?..., cuz your so good at explaining and teaching all this to me and to everyone, I can really understand now what are all this means, thank you
Any type of activity is better than none and walking is definitely good for your health. If you're asking if walking will improve your cardio vascular endurance it would just depend on how far, how long or how fast you're going and how much it causes your heart rate to increase. Check this out www.heart.org/en/healthy-living/fitness/fitness-basics/endurance-exercise-aerobic it's on the list so it definitely helps, but of course the more vigorous the activity the more your endurance will improve
Probably depends on how you define the words power and strengh - I think in relation to the 5 Components of fitness power is basically the same as muscular strength if you define it as "Maximal force a muscle can output in 1 repitition"
This helped me as a parent, to watch the clip over again with my child. To review what the PE teacher was trying to them to grasp. Thank you
Glad to hear that - thanks for supporting your kid!

May i ask what is brisk walking? Is it cardio vascular?

I always thought the vertical jump measured power not strength.
