I have been a Physical Education primary school teacher in Australia for 12 years.
Being the only Physical Education teacher at my school can be lonely a times. Sometimes hard to re ignite the passion I once had for teaching.
Since finding your resources a couple of years ago and seeing your love of teaching is exactly what I needed.
It has completely changed the way I deliver my units of work. And the kids love it!!

I loved this video and was updating my stretching routine for this year for my grade 6 students. Showed them this video in class this morning as they eventually lead stretches for the class. One young lady asked for me to put the video in our google classroom so she could practice at home. :) Great video. I had kids out of their desks trying them and following your lead. Awesome stuff!

I am assistant adapted Pe teacher for autism and I try tobe enthusiastic and main teacher i have to be more enthusiastic any advice? I do these similar exercises. I do the exercise with them. I am having self doubt
Fake it till you make it! :-) "Show more enthusiasm" was one of my main criticisms from my professors when I was doing my student teaching, so I just started Hyping my energy up, making jokes and doing things that made class more fun, which made me more excited about teaching - the more experience you get the more confident you will become and that will help as well! Do your best forget the rest
