Please don’t follow these directions. The valve is backwards. The flat end goes towards the fuel line. Not the indentation end
Where did you get the gasket kit?

Have you done any repair work to the carb? Wondering if there are rebuild kits somewhere or if there is a newer carb that can be swapped on.
