Well honestly, Namaste has no direct correlation to yoga. It's something we say as a greeting and it translates to "The God in me bows to the God in you" or simply "I bow to you".
There is something about greeting Namaste that is so soothing, maybe that is why a lot of people connect it to yoga. But that is nice to know

That demands competence that Sanders hasn't really shown thus far in his very long career. He talks the talk and walks the walk, I get it. But his record of results is not good for someone who has been in politics for as long as he has.
