This is fantastic. I did this yesterday and this morning I was still feeling the benefit. Can I do this everyday? Many thanks and best wishes Virginia ❤
I'm so glad it was helpful to you! If you can't get your pelvis forward in Sitting Floor, I would skip that for now until you get more function and flexibility in the one before it, Static Wall. I just replied to your email btw
Thanks for your helpful videos, Rachel. I have a quick question about the difference in exercises between Pete's two most recent Pain Free books. The exercises you teach are found in the earlier book but the exercises for neck pain in his latest edition are very different. Which set of exercises in the most effective?
Correct! They are very different! The answer to your question of which is the most effective is it depends on your posture (which, I know, is not the most helpful answer). The sequence in the most recent book is designed to treat common postural positions we are seeing NOW in relation to neck pain. The sequence in the old book is designed to treat common postural positions that we saw in the 80s. That being said, I've used the old sequence with clients now that find it very helpful. I would try out both and decide for your own body which feels better!
Very clear instructions on what the pastures are supposed to accomplish
Thank you! I hope it helped!
Very clear instructions on what the posters are to accomplish
Thank you for your comment! Glad it's helpful!

Excellent, crisp-clear and correct.
Sitting against the wall, my lower back was rounded, do I continue like this?
