Just wanted to say that I'm super happy with how my scarf turned out!! Plus I attached my poms with a small button inside the fold so my girls can remove them when washing, which turned out nice :)
Just finished my 1st scarf definitely won’t be my last. ❤ love this easy to follow pattern. I’m just a new comer and it has encouraged me to try more. 🎉🎉 Thank you.
Love the texture of this scarf, I'm making with No. 5 weight because that's what I have on hand, similar color to yours which I love. I plan to make the 1 hr. crochet beanie which looks similar to the texture of this scarf, I think it will match very nicely. Thank you for the pattern, its lovely and you explain very well.
Linda, Just a Crochet Sister told her followers about you and this lovely scarf. I can't wait to go yarn shopping again. Thank you for this tutorial!! Beautiful scarf. I'm a new subscriber today.
Just made this using your gorgeous pattern. I’m wondering how to finish this off without using a pompon. The ends are not similar so wondered if it’s possible. Thank you very much.
You can add a leveling row like this: *Leveling Row:* Continue with your working yarn, ch 1, 1 sc in first st, sc2tog across next ch-2 space and next st, *(1 sc in next 2 sts, sc2tog across next ch-2 space and next st), repeat from * to end, 1 sc on top of beginning ch. Fasten off.
Hi, what a lovely scarf! Have been looking for a pattern for my sister’s gift, this is it. New subscriber, like your list of projects. Keep them coming!
crochetdreamz my sister picked a 5 weight variegated wool blend. I think that would work ok. Or do you think a simpler stitch looks better with variegated yarn?
@@marina_m11Márquez, you can make a small swatch and see how this pattern looks with the yarn and then decide. If the color changes are not too abrupt, it would look good.
@@crochetdreamz Thats amazing! Do you have a tutorial demonstrating how you make your fur pom poms, they are super expensive. By the way, I made this scarf last year and it turned out beautifully. I love this pattern.
Question should the scarf curve in as opposed to begin straight. Im remaking it for that reason. The scarf doesn't lay flat. Help am I doing some wrong?
I love this scarf and would very much like to make it. I am relatively new at crocheting. Your instructions are too fast, and I just can’t get this going. Maybe will try another time when I have more experience. The video does not show the steps clearly enough. Thanks anyway
second try. how do i know which hole is the second chain hole? It all looks the SAME. I purchased both the hat and scarf patterns and have been unsuccessful at both. The hat came out way too large, now I can't seem to figure this out either. I have successfully made several Amigurumi animals. This is supposed* to be easier. Please help.

Attaching the pom pom with a button is such a genius idea. I should have done that.
This truly did only take 1.5 hours to make, including sewing on the poms. Love it, thank you for the fun crochet scarf!
You are so welcome!

I made this. It is so pretty and so fast. Thank you!
Glad you like it!
Thanks for this tutorial. It’s my favorite quick scarf pattern now. I’ve made two in the last week. 😊❤️😊
I want to make it in cream color for myself this winter. I hope I can find time, haha!
Love the texture of this scarf, this will be my next project. Thank you for a great video😊
You’re welcome 😊. I am glad you like it.
I love this scarf! Thank you for sharing!!! ♥️

This is a very nice scarf and I love the color you chose! Thank you for sharing this tutorial! 🙂
Thank you, Cheryl. This is one of my favorite colors too. I am planning to design a bag with this yarn soon.
@@crochetdreamz I'll be watching for it!

Thank you so much for subscribing. I appreciate it.
I made the scarf already, it came out beautifully 😊 Now I want the matching hat!
I am so glad you like the scarf. I am a little skeptical of how this stitch would look on a hat. I will try it and see though.
@@crochetdreamz thank you!

Love ❤️ this crochet pattern stitch ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thank you! 😊
I’m loving the way this scarf is turning out, is there a matching beanie or hat? I love making sets
Not yet, but I will be designing one soon. Yours is not the first request I got.
Nice, thank you
I love this scarf!!! Thank You!!
How would you end the scarf with a straight edge if not attaching pom poms?
I love this pattern. Kinda looks like roses to me 😃. Subbing. Tyfs God bless you
Thanks for subbing!
@@crochetdreamz you're welcome 😊
Great pattern!! Thanks for the tutorial! 😊
You are very welcome. I am glad you like it.
Thanks for sharing your beautiful pattern!!
You are very welcome.
Thank you for this well done tutorial and nice pattern. So if the pom poms are not used, one end is straight and the other is wavy. Right?
I love this scarf and I'd like to make it. How many skeins did you use? You didn't say on the written pattern either. Thank you for sharing.
You can find the number of skeins under yardage in the written pattern. I used around 220 yards, a little over 2 skeins.
@@crochetdreamz 🙂 Thank you. I went and bought 2 just in case.
Love this shared out your link in my video this morning thank you make wonderful Christmas gifts
Than you so much for sharing ❤.
Thank you love the pattern making it in Caron tea cake
It would look gorgeous in Caron Tea cake. Thank you so much for trying my pattern.
I attached my pom poms with a button so that they can be removed when I wash my scarf
That is a great idea. Thank you for sharing.
@@crochetdreamz you're very welcome ☺️
Beautiful and so unique!! Where did you get the cool pom poms? Thanks!!
I made it using Fur fabric. It is way cheaper that way.
@@crochetdreamz Thats amazing! Do you have a tutorial demonstrating how you make your fur pom poms, they are super expensive. By the way, I made this scarf last year and it turned out beautifully. I love this pattern.
Beautiful and easy to make
Thanks a lot 😊
Why does mine have such big openings between stitches. This one looks so much tighter but I feel like I did everything the same
If you used a yarn of the same thickness, it could be that you gauge is loose. Try going down a hook size.
So so the single crochet goes into the same dc space except for the last except at the end of each row?
Yes, you are right.
Thank you!
Love this!
Thank you.
Has anyone used this pattern for an infinity scarf? If so, how would you connect the ends?
You can just sew the 2 ends with a mattress stitch if you don't mind having a seam.
Beautiful
Thank you.
How many skeins of wool do u need for the scarf. Tks?
It took me around 220 yards of super chunky yarn.
Please tell us the number of skeins needed for the scarf the way you made it……
Question should the scarf curve in as opposed to begin straight. Im remaking it for that reason. The scarf doesn't lay flat. Help am I doing some wrong?
It is supposed to la flat. Is it curving on the sides? Are your turning chains too tight?
Can wait to try it out, can u make a men’s scarf. Thank you for posting. New subscriber 😊
Sure, I will put that in my to do list.
I am confused. Does the single crochet go into the same stitch as the double? Or in the next chain?
Yes, it does.
What does that mean ( multiple 3 plus one )???
Your foundation chain should be any multiple of 3 plus one extra chain.
@@crochetdreamz sorry, i didn't get it!
you mean multiple of 4?
No. It means 9+1 or 12+1 or 15+1or 21+1 and so on.
@@crochetdreamz Oh, i get it. Thank you so much!

What size crochet hook did you use.
An 8mm crochet hook.
I don't get it. At all. Mine looks like a fan. I can't understand where the next stitch goes. Frustrated.

Try placing a marker in the chain 2 when you make them. Once you do that a couple of times, it will be easy for you to identify it.
too fast.
