    Just an idea that can be put into pretty much any diet plan: riced cauliflower Bibimbap. I personally did marinated stir-fry beef when I tried it out for the first time with the cauliflower, but it can be made with pretty much anything you have in the fridge. (bonus! You could make your own kimchi as well if you have a more restrictive diet instead of buying store bought or if you can't find it. There are some good guideline recipes for it floating around online, but it is different family to family)

    That first one looks super tasty! I actually make avocado deviled eggs as an appetizer for my keto pals, which basically taste like the first bento :) I smash the yolks with mayo, avocado, a little lemon, garlic salt, pepper, and smoked paprika then plop it back into the egg whites garnish with bacon. The flavor combo is sosososo good!

    Hi, Mind Over Munch! Two questions:
    1. Does organic means that the calories will be higher or lower? Like if I have organic oats and it doesn't have the nutrition label to know how many calories per serving. Can I use the nutrition label for other quick oat nutrition labels?
    2. I want to do a work out called Beach Body. Two of the 3 workouts have recommend to do them 3-4 weekly on alternate days and combine the other 2 for a total body workout. Does that mean I do all three workouts one day, rest the other, and so on? I really want to start tomorrow, but too confused to try.

    • @MindOverMunch
      @MindOverMunch  6 років тому

      Organic does not affect calories, I have a video on organic foods if you want to check it out :) I am not affiliated with beach body so I can't comment on their programs, but I say listen to your body when it comes to working out.
