Squier Classic Vibe Thinline Telecaster problem...

2023 Squier tone pot doesn't work and during troubleshooting I found strange volume pot resistance readings. Not sure if these are normal or not?

I was able to get an absolutely perfect setup on this guitar after i swapped the whole pickguard with another same guitar. I can't believe how well this guitar plays and sounds. Only paid $404 for it and it needs nothing. Highly recommended!
