Thanks for sharing the customer service email. I ordered an Osight and it came today with the old screws. The provided screws weren't even long enough to extend through the sight lol. I emailed them with a screenshot of my Amazon order and pics of the old screws. They got back to me inside 30 minutes and asked for my address which I gave them. They've created an order now; hasn't shipped yet. Hopefully these new screws work. Thanks again.
