Hi Stacey! I live in FL as well! Today I found a Tillandsia air plant in my yard that had fallen from our tree. It's very large & am hoping to save it, thus how I came across your channel for care tips. Great info, thank you!
I'm glad I could help! Let me know if you need anything or have any trouble. I'd love to help you in anyway I can. There is so much beauty in the plants we have around us and we get the opportunity to grow so many different varieties, right at the tips of our very fingers.
I purchase all my Air Plants online at the Air Plant shop, they have amazing customer service and have reasonable prices for sure! The varieties and choices are great and sometimes you can hit a really good sale going on, if you can wait for it, which I never can lol🤗 Have fun plant shopping. It's always exciting to buy new plants and these are really geeat ones to have!
Thank you you get no instructions when you buy them. I killed them “ air Plant “ who knew they needed light and water😱 just bought another one. Thank you I think it might live🤩 I live in central “ southern “ California too late for Rain water this year will distilled water do ? I’m subscribed to your channel 🤩🤩🤩💜💜
I am a bit confused here because i also saw videos that suggest soaking each week for 25 to 30 minutes... here tou say 2 hours... does the time of soaking relates to the size?
About a half hr...to an hr.... once every week, but I make sure I mist/spray with water in between the soakings, to ensure it's getting enough water. The amount of misting, will all depend on the type of climate your getting. If it's dry, they might need more.
Great video! Super informative and to the point, thank you!
Excellent advice! Excellent video! 👍 Fantastic info!
Thank you!!
