  • A lot of dancers have good posture only when they intensionally keep the shoulders in good position.
    However, it is very tiring and cannot be hold for too long time.
    It is because the core muscles of the shoulders are not properly recruited.
    If you see a dancer in their everyday life, some of their scapulas are very often winging out.
    We have talked about inefficient muscle activation in the clip:
