I loosened the screws that hold the cradle bar and was able to push it up slightly. Then the 4 screws on the cradle itself and was able to adjust it to where I can still see the TFT gas levels. Both adjustments were very small but that’s all I needed to be able to see the full TFT screen. Thanks for the video.
Still whonder wheel working different then Garmin nav. It wolud be huge upgrade if it will be working like we want . Still I prefer BMW Nav VI for this feauture - zoom in/out map using wheel like scrool is excellent ! You can see other roads and chose what you want !
It's different, with the Connected Ride Navigator the functioning of the wonder wheel is absolutely perfect, it's just a shame that it has several limitations during navigation. On the Carplay models it works very well (both Carpuride and Chigee) but requires a little practice to be used properly.
Thanks for the first video of W702BS in English. As i see, there is a different base than the previous versions, where the problem was that the screen fits too low and covers the view to the bikes TFT Screen. When you ride the bike, does this screen covers the view to bikes screen? Also to start measuring the tires pressure, the bike has to start running
the display is quite large and covers the upper edge of the TFT (but only the edge), the pressure measurement is done from the motorbike and in any case always and only with the bike in motion.
Nice first view, but I dont understand this in the product description: Intercom function: Connecting two earphones to our device simultaneously enables music sharing between two riders or use the intercom function I am using Cardo Packtalk Slim on my both helmets, conecting via Cardo Mash for intercom and directly to bike for music/phone/navigation, but there are quite often drops in music thath way. Is connecting intercoms directly to this unit and phone separatly to it too improve the quality/drops? I understand it will probably disable the BMW motorad app function of monitoring the trips etc, but improved audio quality (without drops) would matter much more for me... ty for testing this out.)
correction: Intercom function: Connecting two earphones to our device simultaneously enables music sharing between two riders or use the intercom function (Note: Intercom mode and BT trans mode cannot be used at the same time. Only one of them can be used at a time.)
I think that connecting the two intercoms directly to the carpuride is useful for motorcycles without TFT, for all the others I think it is more useful to connect everything (smartphone and intercoms) directly to the TFT so as to leave the management directly to the BMW system. Audio quality should not be a problem since it is the smartphone that generates it. In particular, do you hear it badly?
@@unboxingChannel_Italia Intercom communication via Cardo Mash is working perfectly, but the music streamed from phone to BMW TFT and back to intercoms drops out from time to time, maybe also in city areas more (probably more BT traffic there), have IP16 Pro in IP67 sleeve outside on top of the tank case, so singnal shouldnt be blocked.
I have had many problems, the control unit of my GS 1300 drove me crazy, and the thing that made me most angry was that the Carpuride support first told me that there was an incompatibility with the iPhone 16, and then that the problem was my new bike, and to take it to the mechanic... obviously the bike never had any problems until the Carpuride arrived... I do not recommend buying it
hi, in my opinion it could be a faulty model, but personally last year I went crazy with the connectedride navigator and in the end the problem was the BMW support, replaced under warranty and I have not had any more problems. with this. I do not want to say that it is your bike, I repeat it could be a faulty device.
Thanks for the unboxing video. I bought the former version for my R1250GS and it failed: - The mounting position was to far away from the bracket. They seemed to have corrected this. - It could not be used with gloves. What about the new version? - If you switch off the bike, then the Carpuride goes off too immediately, because there was no buffer battery build in. That is bad, if you used an mirrored navigation app, because you have to start all over again. What about the new version? - The main focus of the device will be on navigation apps. Most of this Carplay apps do have restricted features, compared to the apps on the smartphone. What about Google Maps, Calimoto etc. in real live? - The device was cheap and looked cheap. What about the new version? - The handling does not look as if it was designed till the end. If one uses the WonderWheel, it is not possible to use every feature of the apps. Look how often he has to use his fingers for Google Maps, although he has the Wonder Wheel. Remember, the device was not specially designed for the BMW bikes and so many app features are not supported. But what is the benefit on using the WonderWheel, when one hast to stop every minute to put off the gloves and touch the screen? I think, a product presentation like this video is a first step, but the device has to be tested on the road under different conditions: Gloves, rain, navigation, stability etc.

Hola. Muchas gracias por el video. Acabo de recibir el mío y quería saber si sabes como cambiar millas a kilómetros. /// Hi. Thanks so much for the video. I just got mine and was wondering if you know how to change miles to kilometers.

I have the f900 gs and i can see the complete screen, you can turn up the angle to be able to see more, the bmw cradle can turn up or down.
