This aloe vera treatment really grows hair. My daughter hair was damaged bad and breaking off all the time her hair stopped growing about a year in a half ago. Since I been using this treatment and the shampoo and conditioner from function of beauty my daughter has new growth ( her hair is braided now) and I was surprised and happy that finally I found something that works... So I thank you so much Mercy Gono please continue to make these videos to help people like me😘
Before using the aloe vera, try soak the leaf for a couple of hours or overnight after trimming off the prickly edges. The aloe latex is what makes it itch. Also, for those that injest the aloe vera gel you should definitely soak it overnight for not only is it bitter, one is likely to get an upset tummy if not properly rinsed off. Your hair looks AMAZING by the way!
Love you sis. My aloe gel regimen is simple. I cut off a piece of aloe Vera, slice it in half to activate the gel. Take the leaf with the gel on it and apply it on damp hair. I start with the top then my edge. I extract the rest of the gel by taking a knife and cutting it several times to release the aloe gel and continue to apply it to my damp hair. I spray my hair with store bought aloe gel and keep it moving. My curls are super soft, smooth, full and hydrate. Oh, I don’t rinse it out. I wear truly wear it as hair gel. However, the next day when I get in the shower. I do rinse it out. I either repeat the cycle or allow it to dry naturally. My curls are perfectly locked with a natural shine and hydrated. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.

Thanks Mercy, I've been using Aloe VERA for 20 yrs. And since the pandemic I started using it with Olive oil and letting my hair grow. My hair always grew but I always kept it short about a inch long. So now my hair is to my shoulders. So I know how good it is . I appreciate you sharing. One Love 💕
As Jamaicans, my family and I always use Aloe Vera and it always works. She did the right thing and I love how she's taking care of her hair, I do the same cuz I love my hair.

I have eczema do I am having a full blown flare up. Can anyone recommend a shampoo that definitely does not have in Tee tree oil or is there an aloe shampoo
A small tip for the itching, is that after cutting the bottom end of the aloe stalk you should put the newly cut(exposed end) into some water for 5-10 minutes to release the poison from the aloe leaf(the water turns brown).

Hi my name is Christina and I just watch your video and thought this amazing. I always wanted to know how to grow my hair. Can you please tell me when you put the aloe vera peices in the pot with the skin I’m guessing when it was time to take it out you had to let it cool down before you cut of the skin and make the oil for your hair. Anyhow can’t wait to give it a try cause my hair is really short and I want it to grow badly. Thanks for sharing your video
Hi Mercy! aloe vera is the best detangler & you get fast hair growth which is a plus. My hair loves Aloe Vera & I prepoo with it the night before wash day faithfully.
Make sure your coconut oil and olive oil aren't expired; otherwise, the bacteria could cause hair loss. Also, after you make your aloe vera oil, it will stay fresh for one week, if you refrigerate it.
I made the aloe pre poo last night to detangle my hair. The slip is amazing, it cuts the detangling time in half. I will be trying more of your recipes. Im glad a found your channel

I love this little plant 🪴 it grows in my yard like weeds! But my family has many uses.
Also if you didn't know it also works as a natural mosquito/bug repellent.
Other uses are for burns, dog Hotspot treatment, also workers wonders for shallow wounds, dry scalp, digestive health and soo many.
I claim my long hair for 2021, I have been struggling and trying so many products, natural and otherwise, and my edges won't regrow and my hair length is just stuck, no progress whatsoever. So I am going to try this aloe vera oil, because I am a firm believer in natural stuff, and I am somewhat familiar with Aloe Vera for both internal and external usage. I just need to start and stick to it. Love the video and your hair is gorgeous.
Hey, if you're feeling like your hair's not growing, maybe you're suffering from breakage like I did !
I used to rub my towel all over my hair and twist it to get all the water out...Turns out it was THE REASON my hair wasn't growing at all, I was breaking my hairstrands without noticing. Now I pat gently wih the towel
I have wavy, maghrebian typed hair btw
Hope it helps !
Make sure you dont have any vitamin deficiencies or your iron levels are not low. Massage your scalp too.

So long
I am so confused
For edges try edge control. It worked wonders for me
I used it as a deep condition this morning and going to use wild growth oil for the first time.
Wish me luck.
Wild Growth Oil really is the truth tho.. On the low
Thanks Melissa it's been six weeks and I'm seeing some improvement.
@@annbertram9126 that’s great!!

Thanks for sharing your video
girl, if you sell them, I'll buy, I wish you success💚
I will buy as well if u sale the oil.
This video is easy to follow. Mercy is an excellent communicator! I will try making and using aloe Vera
Hi Mercy! aloe vera is the best detangler & you get fast hair growth which is a plus.
Her voice is just amazing❤️❤️
This is Really MASSVE, My hair is really GROWING. THIS IS REALLY REAL, AND REALLY WORKS. USE OR LOOSE YOUR HAIR 😜
I stopped being consistent after July & started back again was tryna figure out what i did THEN that i wasn’t doing NOW & it was this😭🤦🏽♀️
With the leaf? Or the juice.... I have the juice and it works but I want to know if the leaf works a lot better.
I love aloe vera, seen growth with it because of the steps I followed from you on how to use it
Thank you so much Mercy, you have helped me and my natural hair so much and so many others😊
How long did you have to do this to get your hair to grow.
Yes, keep me updated and on point..preparing oil today
Awesome hair growth ❤😍
My hair journey starts now thanks your hair is gorgeous ❤
EXCELLENT VIDEO! Mercy is the BEST at step-by-step instruction.
Do you shampoo your hair before you put in the aloe vera?
I made the aloe pre poo last night to detangle my hair. The slip is amazing, it cuts the detangling time in half. I will be trying more of your recipes. Im glad a found your channel
Who else noticed that the aloe vera oil is from an old vid. Yes I have been here since then. Love you Mercy.
Natural oil
I just started using the aloe vera leaf before I came across your tutorial. I love how you break it down on how to use it. I wll continue to watch your videos for tips! Thank you for sharing! God Bless
I love this lady 😍😍😍 because she always knows how to fix hair
Who is amazed of how much she can do with that one aloe vera leaf
Yes it works. I never had any edges after using this method for about a week my edges started growing.
Did you use the oil only or you did the entire treatment?
Hi,
First time watching your video. I’m a beginner in learning how to get my natural hair to grow. Today purchased a huge aloe plant😂. Not sure how to store or care for it. But any hoo, my natural hair is very short and I’d like for it to grow and thicken. It is thin right in the front mild part of my head. Any suggestions you may have would be great! I really enjoyed the video!!💖💯
I just bought aloe vera plant today. Because I use it on my face after washing it in the morning and at night! And I already have the other ingredients,so I'm going to make my oil right now!!!
Hey hun when u apply aloe vera on your face do u sleep with it on your face or u was it out? I want to start using it cause u have acne, hope it helps
@@cynthiabesa6508 hi, I wash my face with my normal cleanser& apply the aloe vera. When it completely dries I wash it off with cool water.
@@diannahminefee8535 I will try it hope it clears this acne😭
@@cynthiabesa6508 It does help to clear acne. You may need to try a cleanser that contains charcoal such as Peter Thomas Roth or Biore! Pure black soap will also help clear acne!
I used it as well in my face but I sleep with it really good
Everytime I'm watching Mercy's videos I always have a book to take note😌 Thank You Mercy🤗❤️

You have a great personality and the only person I believe that I can grow my hair like yours. I learn to braid my hair so its staying in for 6 weeks and then use your methods. I use rice water but I will add aloe vera when I take it out.
You've gained massive natural hair growth 💓💗
I would love some hair oil for me and my daughter hair

Hi 👋🏾 Mercy!
Thank you for the DIY. I used the aloe for detangling and I had a good slip and I did the oil with the aloe and I like the feel of the oil and i believe my hair likes it. I’m hoping my edges grows back thick and long.
Thank you!!
In Jesus name someday by hair will be like urs. I enjoyed the video ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Jesus doesn't care about your hair, hon. Try asking Jesus to save the children from the rampant sex trafficking that's going on
Jesus can do it all sis, he can save the children, the world and my edges too. That’s what I love about him ❤️
Lmao so funny
@@StylezOfCole of that's the case then why are there people dying in the world from murder, why are there pedophiles abusing helpless children, why are men women and children being abused ?, cause of jesus ?, yeah right 🙄🤷♀️🤦♀️😂
