Inmotion V13 Electric Unicycle for under $400?

Had to see if this was legit. Strongly suspecting it was a scam, but knowing I could get my money back, I went ahead and made this order. Here is a video of the entire process. Did I get the deal of the century, or was this a big, fat scam?
