I was, in a way, lucky to spend some time in this city during a winter snowstorm. It was great fun to walk around and see beautiful homes, and buildings. Many were truly historic. The waterfront was more interesting with boats covered in snow and a thick, low cloud cover.

Hi, I always watch your vids (since the "60yrs old learning euc... " vid that was one of my first if not the very first vid I watched when learning euc) and find them very calming and relaxing (other than interesting for beautiful nature and landscapes). Anyway what is the name of that "bag for dog" that you are using in this video? Do you use it anymore for some ride with Maple Bourbon? Thank you
It took me a month to learn. Nice job.
I like your videos. Im a 54 yo new rider (5 rides under my belt, total 18 miles on my V12HS) and ironically I live in Reno. One of my best friends live in Vegas, so maybe I will hit you up to join on a ride the next time I'm in your neck of the woods. Actually we can make a trade...you stay with me in Reno during summer, and I stay with you in winter...although not too good of a deal for you because Reno gets hot in summer too.
@@syhansolo3589 Thanks Sy, I look forward to a ride with you in Vegas. I have spent some time in Reno and hiking around your area. Would be nice to have an EUC up there! LMK ahead of time when you plan to be in LAS.
Thanks for the video. I'm considering an upgrade from my "learner" V8S to the T4 Pro now that i have the hang of things. Quick tip, a Black and Decker Workmate 225 is an amazing euc workbench, and cheap! Your project might have been easier if you had one!
@@asthorman Thanks for the comments. I may have to get a workbench! Enjoy the T4 Pro or whichever EUC comes your way next.
Jackson definitely....you took 55 through McComb.
Montgomery , AL or Jackson MS
Jackson Mississippi ??
First ecu v5f at 79 yo. Then an m10 3. My favorite. V10f newest and mow just turned 83 yo .. i have never felt so free motion in my life
@@LillianChampagneBowers Thanks for the inspirational comments Lillian! Perfect description of the feeling enjoyed while riding EUCs. Wishing you many more years of enjoying EUCs!
Thank you for this tour of the Henderson NV area.
@@haroldsmith45302 Truly my pleasure!
Good video. Thank you, MM. Watch out for cactus spines on the trails!
OK I'm getting one I am only 53. I have wanted to learn for years but this exact question kept me from jumping in
@@johnraymond4152 Hey John, thanks for the comments! Congratulations on making the decision. I do recommend having the safety gear first. It would have saved me some bruises as I did fall a few times while learning. I rode Mr. Bean for about two weeks before I wanted more speed. A middle sized EUC might be perfect to start with. LMK how the journey goes.
Forgot the helmet
What a great ride. Miles of smooth paved trails with no cars. You are riding La Roue, do still have Black Adder?
@@BobJohnson-xg9ng Thanks for the comments Bob. I really enjoyed doing the whole trail in one shot. My battery was still at 2 bars (out of 5) when I finished. Yes, the Black Adder is still with me. I just haven’t had much time to ride lately.
What up motomert! Good to see you're doing well and still riding La Roue! I really enjoy watching you ride the T4 pro through various awesome trails because I can vicariously relate with my own wheel. the T4 is honestly such a great wheel for local commuting or trails. I've put my wheel through alot this year haha so many awful wrecks luckily nothing serious injuries and always (mostly) ride with my gear on but this wheel is built like a tank! If you know how to maintenance and repair the wheel it's a solid wheel. Keep on riding dude!
@ Thanks for the comments Johnny! I am glad you are riding a lot (I guess I am not the only one who has an occasional losing battle with gravity). I am enjoying riding in the cooler weather. It also makes it easier to gear up and not feel too hot.
I haven't tried any of that.
I'm at the same point as you are! Bought my euc half a month ago, and trying to practice at least 2 or 3 times a week. And have to say that today was the first time I could enjoy the ride. I saw myself on your video. Great!
@@marcelosouza5813 Thanks for the comments. It’s so much fun! Enjoy.
I just got an euc and am learning as well! Hard to describe how fun it is! Just started messing around with going backwards too. Man, it’s difficult!
@@flyntonyb Hey Tony, thanks for the comments. I’m at just over a year of EUC riding and the thrill is still there. I am always looking for reasons to ride whether a dentist appointment, going to Target, out to eat or just a pure ride for pleasure on a trail. Enjoy!
Man, the fact that you learned on grass alone is impressive! Very nicely done!
Honolulu! That's where I learned to ride my first euc last year! It was the Inmotion v5 and I practiced by magic island every week! Awesome seeing it in your vlog, I miss Hawaii.
@@suhdongil Thanks for the comments. That’s cool. Wish I would have had one of my wheels while I was there.
The airport is one of those last minute things, those prices are nuts though.
Its too much fir me when i start becoming fatigued and notice im becoming wobbly. A wipeout is soon to follow.
@@UpcomingJedi Right, time to take a break and come back stronger.
I've never ridden one, but logic would dictate that squatting down on it would likely be a great way to get started, gradually working your way up to standing. Center of gravity being so high is what makes it so wobbly and hard to balance. But that's just logic; The real world is often different.
Just because you can do it does not mean you should do it. These things are obviously more dangerous than other forms of transport. To make matters worse people are irresponsible and use them on shared pathways with pedestrians. Just because you want to look cool doesn't mean its ok to risk the lives of other people.
Great ride, I've got a 16x and a v2 master. The t4 max looks to be a fun wheel had my eye on it lately. Wish it had a smart bms though, i don't need a 3rd wheel but i guess you only live once.
Be sure to check out the Assembly Food Hall!!!
@@robrockatansky5905 Thanks Rob. I did enjoy Princes Chicken there! Need to go back for other options.
🎉love the Videos👏🏼💯💖
@@christinadowns8395 Thanks Christina. Wait til you see next week’s city!
Never too old!
Are you still riding a wheel?
@@Jeremybaland Hi Jeremy, yes, I ride everyday I am home. Just haven’t been any new places for making videos.
@@motomert157 That is outstanding! I love to see this, and believe it motivates people of all ages. I'm 51 and have been riding for about a month and hope to keep this up until I physically cant.

@@ArduinaMaini I recently started putting stickers on my big thermos style cups. I need to out some on my wheels!

Mine stops inflating way under what I set it to. This happens on two different bikes. What could I be doing wrong?
@@HARDRESS316 Strange. Do you have it set to the right type of vehicle? Maybe try the custom setting. I have had mine awhile now and it has been working perfectly. A work around would be to set it a bit higher than you really want.
@@motomert157 Thanks for replying! My tire says it wants 7.5 but the pump stops at 5 ish. I don't know if it's poorly calibrated, a metric/imperial thing, or just me being dumb. Similar with my wife's road tires, but it won't go past 1.
@@HARDRESS316 How strange. I guess I would return it for money back or exchange if you want to try another one. Frustrating!
Great looking ride. I'm really looking at getting the T4 Pro as my next wheel after my current learner wheel, V8s. Thanks again for sharing. Safe riding.
@@MichaelHollandOne Thanks Michael. Enjoy that next wheel!
56 looking for my first. Already have 2 escoots. I get a lot of looks riding down the street with my santa beard.
@@MisterGames That’s great! Lmk which EUC you get. I learned to ride on my KS 14M. After 2 weeks I wanted more speed and range. I have 3 EUCs now and I still ride the KS for short errands.
@@motomert157 My short list is... 16x and s16Pro and V12. The v11y is out due to hassle adjusting and checking suspension. T4 is out due to zero water protection (i am a fair weather rider but sometimes i cannot avoid surface water) and no way to protect it with a padded covering while i learn. I have zero desire for off road trails. Absolutely must be able to do at least 60km distance with room to spare, not crawl to 60. Not sure if the s16pro can do that and there are no full commuting type range tests to judge by that i can find. V12 costs 300 bux more than the x16 in my world, but i am not sure i get 300 bux more value, but do get more weight, which due to momentum alone should soften some path bumps. There are pros and cons for each if them. Music doesn't matter to me. Disco lights do not matter to me. Looks do not matter as i cannot see it when i am riding anyway. And i an not willing to spend 50% more to 2x more coin in my area to get a Master or Lynx. I dont want to rule out the s16 pro so i will keep searching until i find some proper real world range tests.
I prefer mode 2 on my v2 master, seems to be easier to accelerate and brake over hard mode. Got so used to it that i started running the 16X in medium as well.
@@noelleonard2498 Thanks for the comments. I will try mode 2.
My master v2 with the grizzla system is 88 lbs
I miss Tim hortons coffee
Im just surprised how clean it is considering how people are, leaving beer bottles, soda cans or dirty diapers wherever they go.
@@UpcomingJedi That’s right. I think since White Sands is not an easy location to get to there are less inconsiderate people visiting.
What a fun ride! Beautiful scenery, clean city. I presume you threw Mr. Bean in your car on a road trip?
@@BobJohnson-xg9ng Exactly right. The Flagstaff ride was a bonus as my Wife, dog and I did a 2,000 mile road trip to 4 National Parks. Luckily Mr. Bean doesn’t take up too much room!
I've never ridden one but it looks like any stability problems you're having isn't your fault. You seem to be doing well considering. It looks like an issue is the fact that the wheel is too small. You can't grip/stabilize the wheel with your calves. I think it'd be better if it was high enough to be just below your knees. EDIT - Just checked your channel and can see you've moved on to better EUCs.
@@robertgreen7593 Thanks for your comments Robert!
I am 59. I can ride on it now. Traveled a few times for about 2 miles.
@@ruzhuoli9970 Awesome! Enjoy.
I cringed when I saw you riding without gear but sighed a huge relief when you opened the Amazon package! LOL 52 years old here - my scooter died and my wife gave me the green light to buy an EUC. I've wanted one for years to ride around our little city's paved trail system. I'm looking at the Inmotion V8S - it seems to be the sweet spot for price and features for my intended use.
@@TheRoadTaken Thanks for the comments. The V8 sounds good. I rode my KS M14 for a couple weeks vefore I wanted more speed. I still ride the M14 thiugh almost everyday. Enjoy the ride!
@@motomert157 Good to know about the M14. My biggest(?) hesitation in buying an EUC (expense) is I'll outgrown it too quickly. I think the V8 will last me quite a while though. My wife and I are going to be traveling in an RV (thus the name "TheRoadTaken") and will be taking the EUC with me to explore. Stay safe and looking forward to watching your other videos!

I like your dog she or he look like a teddy bear. pup pup is beautiful.❤❤❤ how are you doing on your unicycle? I will be 58 and a couple of months. I never rode nothing bike.. tricycle..skates nothing I don’t even know how to drive…. but as of now, I am going to buy me a E trike and learn how to ride it. I think that is better for me at this age.😂😂
@@Mr.And.Mrs.swanson1522 Thanks for your comments Ms. Carletta! Maple Bourbon is a toy poodle (female). I have a few videos uploaded with her traveling around. An e-trike sounds good. I have three electric unicycles now and I look forward to excuses to ride each one any time I can. I am sure you will enjoy that trike!
I also bought a t4 pro. Grizla Parts is really cool. It's a shame that it's hard to buy here because it's in Korea.
I'm 58 years old, I ride an Inmotion V14 at 60 km/h, I stood on a unicycle for the first time last year, it's the best toy of my life
The answer is, no you can't trust it. Mine lasted about four tire top offs, two bicycles at 20 psi and two car tires at 34 PSI, and it went totally dead
