I have this exact pool. I've had it up about 3 weeks and love it. There is a small issue with ants ending up in there. I have to remove them with a net about every day, but that's not an issue with my pool, it's that I live in the middle of Fire Ant Alley.
Thanks for your comment! The pool is doing well, my only complaint is that the metal poles are showing rust on top in two places, which is very early! Our last pool took two years to rust.
Great job! Looking at this pool this morning for our family. Can you share any details about the salt water setup? What you had to purchase additionally and how it’s done? Thx!
This video is what we used for salt water. (There are cheaper options if you want to plumb it in.) MegaChlor-CD SaltWater Chlorine Generator by ControlOMatic - Above Ground Pool - EASY No Plumbing ua-cam.com/video/aemU_YL6yiY/v-deo.html
I’m a dummy, I saw the other video after I posted that comment sorry!! Ordering the pool now! Was there a particular one you were looking at that was cheaper of the plumbed version?
This one shows up as a best seller on Amazon and is quite a bit cheaper. I honestly didn't even see this one before buying the one we have. If you buy it, let me know how it works! amzn.to/3VECAU4 And here is a Bestway brand one: amzn.to/45kOUfo
@BuffaloChief It is more gentle on skin and eyes. If you ever have a chance to swim in a salt water pool, you can compare your experience to a traditional chlorine water pool. The salt required is only 10% of seawater and half that of human tears.
i've wanted one of these pools forever but i'm just not sure what it needs or how to maintain it. In canada they sell the actual pool but no attachments and it's a bit intimidating imo, any tips?
You should be able to find the parts individually as well and UA-cam has an overwhelming amount of info on probably every subject you’d like to look up. They have good swimming pool channels as well dedicated to walking you through the whole process!
Parents have done and are doing a great job educating their family. Patience, no shouting, everyone learning. Brilliant!
Thank you so much! ❤️
You have the most beautiful family. I loved this video. ❤❤❤
Aw, thank you! ❤️

We had ants in the pool at first but the skimmer we bought took care of them.
Just got my pool today thanks for the video helps a lot 🏊♂️
Awesome! You’re welcome, thanks for watching!

Why would you use salt water in a swimming pool?!?! Sounds berserk to me…..

You didn’t use pavers, is your pool leveled? I’m in some Facebook pool group and everyone is putting pavers under poles
We used pavers previous years, but this year we just lifted the poles on the surrounding pea gravel and it has been level both ways.

Swimming pools aren't illegal in Canada?
I’m not sure what the laws are in Canada but I’ve never heard of that. One of the pool channels I was referring to is actually based out of Canada.
This is “Swimming Pool Steve” in Canada
