Hey girl full disclaimer i'm not trying to imply that this is happening to you or overstep , but i care about your well being. You should try to see a neurologist if you haven't already. I had very similar symptoms where i would wake up with headaches etc and they would last for days and hours on end. It ended up being a legitimate brain tumor that i had removed when i was 19 i am now 24. So while that is an incredibly rare experience i still tell people to take this stuff seriously as its important to prioritize your health. Love you guys ❤
Yes or it could be a hormonal headache. When i got off birth control i suffered from a hormonal imbalance with so many symptoms. One of them was headaches and i woke up with them and they lasted 1-2days. Sometimes they would last 1-2weeks but that was rare thank god.

My Dr said birth control depletes your body of essential vitamins so she recommended I start taking multivitamins and eating healthy. If that doesn’t work then I have to go see my gyno. I recommend just going to see ur gyno and explain ur symptoms. They might recommend getting back on birth control but u can ask for other options.
I had to stop taking energy drinks because they would make my headaches worse. I will have one here or there but when going to the gym I don’t every time. Not even coffee. It’s helped so much, not anxious or stressed. I would say try that. Oh and drink water lol.
@@madisonsolgot6024 might be that the real problem is that drinks such as coffee and energy drinks has caffeine which helps dehydrate the body. You go to the toilet more and the drinks are used as a form to hydrate as well(which it is not meant for), and this creates more dehydration and that brings headaches. So if drinking lots of coffee or energy drinks it’s very important to also consume just as much, if not more water
Hey Claudia! You described all the typical symptoms of having a migraine. I suffer from it myself and I can relate to the symptoms and that ibuprofen doesn’t help. Maybe try and see a neurologist to get accurate medication. For me that was a game changer :)
Was going to say the same thing! I had a constant headache suddenly that turned into a migraine, and saw a neurologist and found out I had focal point epilepsy?! The seizures/migraine were being triggered by listening to constant music, random car sounds and lights
I’ve had migraines since I was 5 years old and the only thing that helps them is Rizatriptan. Granted I’ve developed a tolerance to it so it takes longer to work now but ibuprofen doesn’t even touch them.
Yes chocolate does come from cacao plant hahahah but it's from the seeds of it, there's a fermentation, drying and roasting process that goes into it until it turns into chocolate (we have them a lot here in Brazil that's how I know this lol)
You do understand that caffeine is literally known to make headaches worse… that’s one of the first things any doctor will tell you to cut out when suffering from chronic headaches/migraines…. It’s more than likely your sleep quality, hydration, diet
The saying that coffee links to headaches is because coffee can dehydrate you, makes you go to the toilet more often and so on. And being dehydrated causes migraines as well.

If you don’t, headaches is prone to happen. Not saying that’s 100% a fact in your case, but being dehydrated causes headaches very easily
You could also try taking magnesium glycinate before bed for your headaches! I used to get the worst migraines but once I started taking magnesium it drastically improved and a plus it helps with my sleep
its possible she needs some magnesium yes. but that wont fix her alone. lot of moving parts. a week of detailed journal and supplementing.....the right supplements. would fix her
Hey girl! I just wanted to let you know something that works for me and my hair growth is rosemary mint, castor oil, and argon oil blends! My hair does grow pretty fast on its own! But that is something that I definitely see a difference in when I use it. What I do is: -lather it into my roots and then lightly bring it into the ends -Then I let it sit in my hair for about an hour and a half -then I rinse it out in the shower and I shampoo twice sometimes to help get all the oil out! I hope that helps! :)

So inside the big seed are almost fluffy looking cacao pods, you get the beans out of those shells, and then you roast the beans and grind it to make cacao, cocoa is the same it just goes through another process. Using either the skins of the beans or the outer shell of the seed is used to make cocoa butter (white chocolate) I'm pretty sure. The raw cacao has a somewhat banana-y flavour and is super good for you!

One of them was so bad I couldn’t even drive and considered pulling over because it hurt so much. I stopped my BC and I’m trying not to clench at night from stress/anxiety which helped a little making them stop for maybe a ~3 weeks but I just got one yesterday and it sucked /: you’re not alone.
you were describing a migraine and if youre having them ; it might be sinusitis which i used to have them alot and the second i got on a sinus anti inflammaton medecine , it was gone. tho those get worst during pms if youre around alot of heaving cented cleaning produt 💯
i can feel you girl about wantimg your long hair back. I've cut it last year to healthy hair and in the first month i loved it but after one moth i was waiting for it to grow back. But at least it is healthy now❤️❤️
Hey Claudia great Vid! Just to let you know, the hair oil could actually be damaging your hair and make it even more dry, this is due to the molecular size of the oil, which is too big for hair to absorb it! There is more science behind this. At least that's what my hairdresser told me. xx
oh no way! that’s crazy i never considered that i don’t use the same hair oil as her nor do we have the exact same hair type, but i do struggle with frizz n feeling like my hair isn’t shiney enough so i use hair oils a lot. and i never considered hair oil making hair dryer rather than more moisturized!

hiiii i went through he same thing with no longer being as passionate about the gym or it being enjoyable, i had to accept that we aren't always going to feel the same about everything in our life. so i opened up to easing up on myself and my body not forcing myself or my body, so i experimented with different ways to move my body that exited me like riding my bike and playing soccer and pilaties and etc. i hope you feel better and potentially find a new passion. !!!

If you’re breaking out a lot and experience a lot of headaches, from my experience it could be hormone imbalance and lack of routine and sleep :( spearmint tea and less gluten really helped me. Setting strict boundaries around sleep and phone time helped! Just a suggestion ❤

As a migraine girly who’s recently seen a neurologist, stop drinking coffee and all caffeine. At least for a little while. If you drink consistent caffeine, and use it for headache relief, you can actually get rebound headaches that last until your bodies worked through the caffeine. Caffeine every now and then is okay, but it does alter your natural hormone production, so every day, especially multiple times a day is not good especially if you’re prone to headaches.

I started getting migraines here recently. I spend a lot of time looking at a screen due to my job. I started using a red filter on my computer and phone during the night. I also started putting a warm setting during the day. It has helped some.

i would definitely start cutting down on the caffeine for your headaches! also switch from ibuprofen to acetaminophen! taking too much ibuprofen can lead to stomach ulcers (my dad had them due to ibuprofen on top of pain meds) of course too much acetaminophen can lead to liver damage but the goal is to not have to take it so often. if the headaches still persist after cutting out caffeine (if you decide to do so), i would definitely go to the doctor asap. my brother also used to get a lot of headaches and it turned out to be AVM :/ basically, constant headaches are not to be taken lightly! please take care of yourself!

I was on estrogen-containing birth control for about a decade, consumed energy drinks and pre-workout, and constantly had headaches. Turns out, I was hypertensive!!! I cut out energy drinks, pre-workout, and switched to progestin-only birth control, and I literally haven’t had a headache since. Also, I don’t feel like I’m going to pass out doing any form of cardio anymore 🙃 it’s scary how much my body was suffering.
The headache situation omg i am relating so hard right now. Idk about why you have it tho, but for me i got my cavities filled and the after effects of it is killing me, it is hurting to my head and giving me such a headache lol. hope we solve this issue soon sis ♥

Honestly energy drinks make my migraines flare up. I take them once in a while but it’s not a daily thing. Maybe that might work?
You could be clenching at night causing headaches when you wake up so check with your dentist and there is multiple things they can do for you.

Try putting some diluted peppermint oil on your temples when you get a headache. I swear it does the trick!! 😉

i would definitely start cutting down on the caffeine for your headaches! also switch from ibuprofen to acetaminophen! taking too much ibuprofen can lead to stomach ulcers (my dad had them due to ibuprofen on top of pain meds) of course too much acetaminophen can lead to liver damage but the goal is to not have to take it so often. if the headaches still persist after cutting out caffeine (if you decide to do so), i would definitely go to the doctor asap. my brother also used to get a lot of headaches and it turned out to be AVM :/ basically, constant headaches are not to be taken lightly! please take care of yourself!
Check your blood pressure especially if ibuprofen isn't helping with the headache. It sounds like that may be the culprit.

I think you might be getting migraines. One day I just got a weird headache that was bad and then started to get more frequent it’s been years now and I get them every month. It feels like pounding how you described it for me, and it doesn’t just go away with ibuprofen:/
Energy drinks and coffee makes headaches worse also stress and anxiety water helps with headaches. I love your short hair if you want it to grow faster and thicker apply castor oil and rosemary oil together in your roots look it up research Barbara o'Neil. You're soo pretty ❤

I was on estrogen-containing birth control for about a decade, consumed energy drinks and pre-workout, and constantly had headaches. Turns out, I was hypertensive!!! I cut out energy drinks, pre-workout, and switched to progestin-only birth control, and I literally haven’t had a headache since. Also, I don’t feel like I’m going to pass out doing any form of cardio anymore 🙃 it’s scary how much my body was suffering.

The headache situation omg i am relating so hard right now. Idk about why you have it tho, but for me i got my cavities filled and the after effects of it is killing me, it is hurting to my head and giving me such a headache lol. hope we solve this issue soon sis ♥
