I am picking my truck from the shop in an hour!! have the Carli leveling kit, track bar, sway bar, high and low steering stabilizers and thuren rear track bar!!!! cant wait to see if the hype is real. will update
I just ordered a 22 Ram Power Wagon....Should be here in 10-12 weeks...I hope that you make a leveling kit with track bar and those Fox shocks for the PW set up....I looked on the website, and saw Entire systems, but nothing that I can afford to get me started....It should be the same for the 19-22 I would Imagine....I'd love to put one together....CJC has a few Thuren Kits, but I'd prefer Carli....Thank you for the video! Stay Blessed.
Power Wagon guys can start with Commuter shocks, front and Rear Springs and an adjustable track bar. Hit CJC up, they'll know how to make it work for you!
@Dukes 001 I did end up with the Carli Backcountry kit...it's badass! Had it for almost a year and have tested it immensely...I also put White Knuckle Sliders and Method Beadgrip wheels with 37s.....love it to death!
i ordered a 22 ram 2500 limited and for some reason from what i have seen and what i have read they look like they sit lower in factory form than the other trim packages. Will the CS-DLEVEL-14-D| kit make this truck sit perfectly level and not have the truck sit nose up? looking for true level with just running the limited night edition wheel and tire pkg and definitely don’t want to raise the rear end of the truck to sit at true level. Thanks for your feedback
So in watching your video I noticed the rear shocks where mounted different "with the tube on the bottom vs the front shocks that where mounted with the tube on the top". Which way are the shocks to be installed? it seems the shocks on the back where installed upside down, does that make a difference other than the fox logo being upside down?
The shocks are nitrogen charged so they can be mounted in any orientation (upside down or right side up) without interfering with performance. The fronts mount body up, rears mount shaft up; the shown configuration is correct.
At 2:21 the truck looks like it’s sitting about .5 inches higher then the rear? does the 2.5 level kit raise the front over half in? Because it looks like the truck is higher in the front then rear? I do like this kit tho possibly will buy
Do you have a 2 inch level kit? Doing the 2.5 lift in the front ever so slightly highers the front than the back. Looking for a slight rake to the rear.
Rich Aquila our 3.25” kits provide exactly the rake you’re looking for. We do not make a 2” level. The 2.5” sets of perfectly level and our 3.25” kits put you 1” taller in the rear.
I just upgraded my 2017 Ram to a 2020 Ram 2500. I did level my 2017 using a kit from a competitor and when I installed it I found both left and right springs were the same while the factory springs were different left and right in indexing. Does the Carli kit have a left and right springs that are different or are they identical like the other kit I installed? For a track bar on my 2017 I used a power wagon track bar to center the axle as they come with a 2" higher front suspension. Curios if you have experienced the same thing on the 2020 or do you have a track bar to center the axle correctly?
Hi Max - Our springs are side specific, yes. We needed to design a side specific spring to account for the lower symmetrical coil buckets. We have an adjustable track bar to ensure you're able to center the axle to the chassis after leveling it. It can be viewed here: carlisuspension.com/product/dodge/dodge-ram-2500-3500/ram-components/13-18-3500-components/adjustable-track-bar-1419/
Pitster73 they’re softer but taller. These springs are designed around the diesel motor. That said, a 6.4 will likely get 3.5” or so of lift from these 2.5” diesel springs - you’d be better suited to purchase outlet 3” hemi specific springs. That said, Most snow plows are around 800-1,000lbs. With the plow installed you can expect to drop to stock height. Once the plow comes off, it’ll pop right back up!
@@thecarlisuspension 3.5" is ok. Then it will be above stock height with the plow on it. I would just get a 1" rear to level it up with the 3.5. Thanks for the info
Anything coming for the 2019 Ram 1500 in specific the Rebel/ Off Road Package trucks seems nobody makes anything for the Rebel/ORP trucks with factory 1” lifts even the Mopar2” lift does not work with them to run 35s would like to see a 3.5-4.5” kit to fit bigger than 35s or possibly up to 37s
I have a 2017 ram 2500 Cummins. I'm looking to get rid of the block levling kit. It seems that I have a lot of body roll since I add that block 2.5 lift. Will this kit retune my truck to handle like factory or better. Thanks
We have a very strict Pricing Policy here. The expensive parts of our kits (Deaver Leaf Springs, King and Fox Shocks, etc.) are purchased, customized, then sold to retailers, then to end users. This ensures the best products and means for customers to acquire the parts. Rather than artificially inflate the retail prices and offer seasonal sales and promotions, we elected to set out pricing to make it easy to purchase (no waiting for sales or calling around trying to haggle).
@@thecarlisuspension Thank you for responding! Just submitted my order through CJC Offroad a little while ago. I'm excited knowing that I have purchased the best on the market.
Did you ever get a answer? I have the same truck but white out and am wanting to do the exact same thing. I guess Im getting old but I actually love the stock wheels and just want some bigger tires to fill out the wheel well..
Beware onlookers... "Budget" is just a Buzz word and Advertising semantic. Only 2" for anywhere near $1,000 (for the parts only) is not "Budget". $1,200 for this kit + Tax + Labor. Carli...Get off the advertising puffery wagon and just be straight up with your marketing. It might be a good system and to many it may be "the right way to level", but that's not automatically or even remotely "Budget". Plus any shop is going to charge At least $800 + Tax to install and align this kit. So it's easily $2,000 Out the Door for nearly every truck owner that won't be installing it themselves. Not to mention that your link is defaulted to check box Up Selling so many parts to run the total up to $6,570 + Tax + Labor. Stop patronizing people with false advertising.
All you need to run the Kit is the base-kit. Relative to other offerings (spacer kits and shock extenders), this system offers FAR more performance, longevity and ride quality while being a budget option relative to the other Carli Systems. If one wants to equip the system further, they can check as many or few boxes as suits them and their application. The page is setup pre-selected as it's the only way the wordpress site will display the options as default. Checked or unchecked, it doesn't matter as you cannot purchase on the Carli Site; it's just a catalog; nothing's being "up-sold".
The system is configurable - There's not a set price unless you know the configuration you're looking for. What options do you want with the kit? Configured exactly as it is here?

The angle is deceptive - it's parked on an up-slope. It is NOT front high.

The answer to that is a blatant yes. A 35” tire on the stock 20s will easily fall into the wheel well on a leveled 2500.
Man you could fit 37s if it's stock backspacing.
You should be able to fit 37's with no trimming if you run the specified back-spacing from Carli or CJC.
2022 kits?
These updates are great but can we add some rough ETA context to the track bar and 3.25" timeline. It will help with decision making for many of us.
