No one’s gonna mention that she whistled and he came running. The whole point of her learning how to whistle like that in X was so that he could come find her easily if they got separated. He fulfilled his promise despite not remembering her here.
@@william2154yeah. For me, when i played through FFX, i always called him “Ty-dus”. Why you say Tide then us. That’s how i said it. “tee-dus” sounds weird.
All the warriors of light and chaos were grabbed from different parts along their journey. This Tidus was grabbed from before he met Yuna, while this Yuna was grabbed from after.
@@RoastedPheasant uhm not really (unless there’s some part of the lore that I don’t know about) The reason why he doesn’t remember is because the memories of each warrior get erased when they are transported to the dissidia world. The longer you stay and fight in the world, the more memories return to you. Tidus doesn’t remember anything because he only got transported to the world recently while Yuna (and Jecht) have already been there for a few cycles. In the next cycle (the final one), Tidus remembers Jecht and Yuna because of all the fighting that he did previously
Am I the only one think Tidus artwork from dissidia and X is kinda different? Tidus eyes kinda like bigger in dissidia and his skintone is more lighter.
@@adriantovias8681 I played this game back in 2001, and nope, never said tie-dus, always pronounced it teedus like Yuna does here. Same for other "True OG FFX/X2 players" I know irl.

I will forever hope for a remaster or even a port of this game. But that's just a *fantasy* of mine 😔
Is it your final fantasy?
@@superluigi2965 noooooo 😢 even if its a pun, its too much for our heart to handle 😢
Its pronounced Teedus. The argument got canceled by Tidus's/Johnny tests voice actor.
Hearing her say "Tidus", awoken some distant memory in me.
She never said it before
@Roberto Faberi she did in world of final fantasy
Teedus!
Ha it’s Teedus finally like what was these Tie people thinking anyway lol
I just don’t like that pronunciation cause it sounds like Tiddies
How does he not remember Yuna?
