For example, now that Charles is King in England he can (and is) taking away the ability for Prince Harry, Prince Andrew, and Princess Beatrice to take on duties if he becomes incapacitated. Even though they’re technically in line for the throne, and obviously they’re family. Though his decision makes sense because none of them are working royals. But, in general there’s a reason why many countries no longer have one person with unlimited power. Basically whoever becomes the leader they then take control over everything just about. Which is what happened here with Joffrey. He literally could have his mother killed. That’s partly why in the series people love Tyrion so much. He’s being extremely brave whenever he confronts Joffrey as King. Because Joffrey could have him killed. The only person that Joffrey actually couldn’t easily kill is Tywin-his grandfather. Because Tywin has the position of being the commander of Joffrey’s military. There’s been real life cases where a commander betrayed his King and backstabbed him. Especially someone like Joffrey-I think there would be some troops more loyal to the commander than Joffrey. That’s why for example during the scene where Joffrey insults Tywin-like an idiot-during the private counsel meeting, everyone in the room looks at Tywin and isn’t fearing for him but is fearing what he’s going to say/do to Joffrey. And Tywin pauses for a long time before ordering Joffrey, the King, to bed like a child. It’s a great scene. Tywin definitely is considering getting rid of Joffrey during that moment.

That’s why for example during the scene where Joffrey insults Tywin-like an idiot-during the private counsel meeting, everyone in the room looks at Tywin and isn’t fearing for him but is fearing what he’s going to say/do to Joffrey. And Tywin pauses for a long time before ordering Joffrey, the King, to bed like a child.
It’s a great scene. Tywin definitely is considering getting rid of Joffrey during that moment.
@@narnia1233 I remember one scene Tywin had with Tyrion and he said something to Tyrion like "A crown doesn't make you a king.You're a fool if you think he's the ruler of Westeros" that let you know Tywin was the one running shit plus I believe he was already the hand which made him already the second most powerful man of the 7 kingdoms
