@@Uforianer Yes but the medics tend to be in the back healing and dont get to attack very often, additionally this requires the medic to be in combat in the first place. Also the medic upgrade makes healthcare cheaper AND gives the medic energy regeneration.
I always thought that Nion's forces is remnants of original Taldarim that worshipped Xel-Naga in general, not Amon specifically. But they also kidnapped Dalaam Dark Templars for some reason, and Narud in HotS have non-red Taldarim guard (although its just because red design was created only in LotV) After discovery that Nion in fact connected with Taldarims of Malash plot ceased to make sense, yeah
What always amazes me is just how deeply the modders understand what makes great rts units, if you described the telescope tank to me and told me it was a cut unit from old CnC I'd believe you 100%.

You can also turn off the heal on some medics so they can attack to regenerate some energy, which should also work with red marines because of range difference. But it will be such a pain to control it once you reach a decent number of units with different buttons to click
I love how the tank neck wiggles each shot. I mean they do wiggle with each shot in normal already, but thanks to that long neck it more noticeable and it adds some more charm to that meme

Just make it a new type of vehicle - the BIG monowheel (technically 2 wheels in a monowheel configuration, with 'hollow' '^'tire'^' both in the sides and in 'contact surface stripe') with different from 'normal' extendable Artillery Turret, and grounding extendable claws on the sides!", and the rest being the (somewhat small) lore and looks overhauls for other units. + I'm a bit facinated with the "skittles Terran Marine" concept, mainly different available loadouts with easy switching and how I can change it into the cool "serios" version lore wise with looks (still debating if the current upgrade concept or Mengsk Coop's Trooper loadout switching will be best for "serios" version of this "Meme Terran Marine")! If you want more detailed rambling from me, just ask in replies and I answer sometimes later!
Yeah, I can't wait to play this myself for just this purpose. Normal siege tank minimum range never gave us that option. Keeping the friendly fire armory upgrade makes this bonus almost useless after this mission, though.

Nova had access to Jumpjet capable Siege tanks, so Cliff Jumping Tanks wouldn't be too far of an idea. Or for some extra memes, Pole Jumping Siege Tanks. They telescope up the cliffs!
Hammer Securities is based on MC Hammer. They have an ability to cast force field on themselves if enemy melee units are near, it's called "can't touch this", and they have a stormbolt like ability called "hammer time" or something.
we missed flying planetary fortress clearing alongside the drill, also maybe sniper marines would be good anti air until goliaths unlocked although its probably gonna be a melee tank unit
I honestly want to see a full attack medic mission. Make sure it's against the zerg as they can only hit biological but I feel like it will be hilarious
acrobatic siegetanks are a surprisingly old meme: they have a ton of large articulating parts and a surprisingly roly-poly design thanks to the SC2 artstyle so when people first started making fan animations of them for 2 they quickly realized just how silly they could get without changing a thing. an acrofatic siegetank ninja-dueling a gundam as it rolls and bounces around the field recoil-jumping like it's a Sumo wrestler that got Isekaied into the world of RWBY is about as memetastic as you can get.
Bummer. I was hoping for just normal tanks, and a separate floating building that does siege mode. Of course, I wanted floating missile turrets, too. So, you mentioned that the medics are useless without energy regen, and then don’t buy the medic energy regen.
I like the Alolan Siege Tank. Not only does it have that high ground vision, it also just has a huge normal vision range in giraffe mode. Seems like a genuinely good unit with a slightly different niche from the original.
I may be wrong, but I think you need to turn medic healing off for them to reasonably use their attack that drains enemy biologicals to regain energy. If you don't they will constantly try to shift between healing and attacking and end up doing nothing.
Oh that does sound like an interesting question. Would they actually use their ability, and would it give them the energy regen it's supposed to? Gotta find out. Hopefully in time for the team to fix if anything isn't working as intended.
I hope to see a return of the Grandmasterbacks in the mission where you get the Medivacs, the one where you are trying to stop Kerrigan from eating the data buildings. It seems like the perfect mission for a flying train.

So the green marines regenerating HP would have been good between engagements, and the orange ones would have been fantastic against the air waves, but we'll worry about Grant remembering what his core units can do later on, today's for Depot Dave (and Canada, it is July first as I write this after all)

Ooohh you can tank with red marines, and then swap them to green so they heal up.

If you turn off both the medic's heals they will use their laser to kill organic enemies and get their energy back

Could always switch the injured marines to green when out of combat for that fat self heal then back to whatever colour when they're full
so one thing that can help with the lack of healing is swapping the marines to green so they have the massive health regen then swapping back to red.
