I was watching so closely, I saw the bunker move and it just dawned on me. I don't think the Spartan Company was ever selected alone, or highlighted, but the Sparta kick is the only thing that makes sense

After the "normal" playthrough, you absolutely have to do "Can you beat Starcraft 2: Memes of Liberty with only supply depots?"
Outside the first few missions and with HoradricCube used? Maybe.
Up until now i have to say, "kaboom baby" is the best one by far, followed in second by the "ready to roll out"

I'm a little disappointed that Mira's Marauders weren't just like 50 marauders standing around in the base. Great series though, I'm so happy we're getting another meme campaign!

I think the seige breakers interest is based off its kills the seizes have 3 kills and gave u 3 extra minerals
So on zerg missions where they can kill dozens or hundreds of units they could make bank
That sounds fun. But personally I'd love to make them earn more based on the number purchased in the mission to combine well with Merc limit removal. Build 20 siege breakers earn 21 minerals a cycle.
Not a lot but that's still 10% return on investment.
Getting a David requires you to either pay the Goliath Tax or the Reactor Tax.

I feel like if a person outright destroys Orlan's command center with a depot, instead of the normal getting it down to low health and it surviving, then Orlan shouldn't get any voice lines afterwards and just a static image with his eyes closed because he would be dead.
Well since the point of the mission is to Get hold of the mcguffin in the CC, destroying should really be a failure….
@@ulfjohnsen6203 The point of the mission is to get the adjutant back, because Orlan has already hacked it, he just decided to give it to the Dominion instead. Orlan himself is no longer really needed. Yeah, he comes up later in HotS, but why care about long-term lore stability in a meme mod?

I feel like if you really want to tryhard you can have your submarines turn red for early skirmishes so that they tank better and then when its done make them green so they heal back to full.

I think the small attack bonus of the Vultures would help your Marines, specifically the Chaingun ones.
Fun fact/theory I saw somewhere a while back; in the matchup of david vs goliath...apparently it's presumed that Goliath was incredibly short-sighted to the point of being nearly blind, so the much smaller (and far away) David was practically not able to be seen, and David wasn't using our modern day interpretation of a slingshot (the Y shaped wood shooting a pebble that couldn't hurt a child), but instead the "accurate for the time" sling, which could launch a rock like a bullet and cave a dudes head in. Goliath never stood a chance against David.
Essentially David brought a gun to a sword fight.

Kerrigan didn't have to evolve into a Xel'Naga to kill Amon. Depot Dave just had to drop a depot on him.
Depot Dave is maybe a Xel'Naga disguised into a CSV. That could explain why he is so strong.
depot Dave had a problem. getting Amon to stand still long enough to stick a depo beacon on his person. Kerrigan did a bunch of stuff and beat him to the punch once he figured out not only how to stick ultra glue on the beacon, but to get it unstuck from his hands after to enable him to lob it at Amon. The trick was to coat his hands in plastic wrap before he started so it would peel off his fingers When he tossed it.

I think the cool thing about the vulture is that it doesn't slow down units, as far as I understand, it SETS THEIR SPEED. So it'll be really good with units that are very slow, because then it both speeds them up and gives them an attack speed bonus!

Also: it might not have actually been The Only Warp In Colossus in StarCraft 2, but it probably was The only Warp Out Colossus in StarCraft 2.
Poor grant missed the box sneaking around his mineral line and then the ramp when he got attacked and right before stetman showed up. He also never messed with the planetary research.

The “Siege banking” ability reminds me of the “Goldtooth mercenary contracts” from the WC3 Arkhain campaigns. Except in Arkhain, it is an actual mechanic instead of a meme.

Yes! David and goliaths! I was hoping for this! I didn't know if you could script that, but I was hoping you could make it pop out two units, always a david AND goliath together. In my mind I was gonna split one to do only air attack, one only ground attack (split the normal goliath's weapons into two units)

Applying loads of bodylotion always softens up my heels.
Mine haven't yet ever gotten to the point that my mom's used to - they'd actually crack and could even bleed....!
(which is why she couldn't really file them down - too painful)
However, maybe you can get them to soften up from body lotion, and then you can file them off/down? :)
(my mom died of cancer before my heels ever got hard, so I never got to share my [potential] hack with her)

The Taldarim can counter the Siege Banker by using the 'white powder' ability, that causes the bankers to raise interest rates and fire on their own units.
Sometimes i see grant gloss over the descriptions of the units at the end of each mission and feel like a child yelling at Dora the Explorer.

Depot Dave will not be stopped. Not by you, not by the canyon, not by All In overlord drops, or anyone. He will build this sector or see it supply blocked to ashes around him.
That siege Banker can return with interest, sadly it's 2024 standard levels of interest, so...yeah
The only thing that would make those depots better is if it played the Helldivers 2 "Liber-Tea" theme as it landed.

The Spartan Company seems to have something unique about it, while the push to orlans base was made I just seen a lanky boi Spartan just do a meme to a Bunker of all units, seems like a good ability to use to get melee units out of your face or to probably kick a siege tank around dunno how good it would be with the Goliath Mercenary, but i see some goofy and fun stuff with it happening.
